Husband wanted a sub, which was good. We both got salads. After we placed our order and payed we were told they didn't have tomatoes. I had already told him that I didn't want olives on my garden salad. So that left me with lettuce, onions and green peppers (very few). I don't use dressing, just salt and they didn't even have that. I had to take it home to make it edible. 30 bucks and the guy had to break into the bathroom so my man could wash his hands. Smh.

I was having guests come over on Sunday and called Marcos early to put in a fairly large order. Isabella answered the phone and was so kind and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my order, everything was just coming out of the oven hot and fresh. Isabella apologized to me because I had to wait for a couple of minutes while she made our croutons! (Everyone commented how delicious they were!) The entire order was correct. There was plenty of dressing for the salads, parmesan cheese for the pizzas, and Isabella’s customer service was above and beyond. It’s not often that you find an employee anywhere that is so kind and treats the customer like they enjoy waiting on them, not like it’s a burden. She was even nice when I did something wrong during my payment and she had to redo part of it. Lol. Thank you again Isabella, everything was perfect!

We order delivery from marcos about once a week. We order online and delivery shows up without any problems. The food is also very good, but tonight...I got a text saying it had been delivered, but it hadn't been. Marcos was using door dash for the delivery and the driver wouldn't answer the phone, so I called the store. The guy that answered the phone put me on hold for a manager. When the manager picked up, she said she would look into it and put me on hold again. A 3rd person picked up the phone and said they'd have to send it again and it would be 45 mins and they'd need my payment info again. I was about to ask some questions and he just cut me off and put me on hold. After holding for about 10 minutes, he came back on and asked for payment info again. I just told them to forget it and refund my money, which they said they did. I get that door dash drivers don't work for marcos so they don't care, but what bothered me was that no one at the store seemed to care either and seemed relieved that I just wanted to cancel the order. I felt a very low priority, which is the opposite of the way it should be imo. Everyone makes mistakes, but it seems like someone should want to make it right and no one did. We'll just order papa johns next time

Amanda and online order for salads , I wanted extra meat extra bell peppers extra spinach extra tomatoes , after I paid the 31.00 for two salads . I called the store after I paid and specifically asked to have all the side ingredients put into an extra container , because I know from experience if you ask for extra ingredients on stuff sometimes they don't put the extra ingredients on there . I went and picked up my salads and noticed there was no extra containers so whenever I got home and opened them up it looked like just a regular salad put into a family container there was extra bell peppers and spinach that I could tell the meat really didn't look any different from a regular salad . I even noticed that there weren't any croutons on my salad. I called the store and asked why I did not get any croutons on my salad he sort of stuttered in disbelief and said well we don't have any why didn't you tell me when I picked up my salad I did pay $31 for some salads that weren't to my expectations . I have been a very loyal customer to Marco's Pizza but I will never ever buy anything from them again I can go food City and build my own silent a whole lot cheaper than a 31.00 I spent a day what a disappointment ???

Dwayne and Isabella are both amazing! I love going in to see them and my kids love seeing them also! They are very nice and make the best food! :)

They've got good pizza and I'm sure that the normal customer service folks are probably decent but the one in there today is the epitome of worst case scenario when dealing with the public.
Call the store with a simple request their delivery driver is blocking the driveway around the back of the building where there's a drive-thru and then a pass-through so that people can park around the side of the building. When asked if it was possible for the car to move so that people could drive through their response was why and our responded that I had a trailer and he asked if I was making a delivery and I said no I'm just passing through I have to park around the side and he said well you shouldn't bring a trailer through there you'll just have to wait until my delivery driver leaves....
I'm not driving through the grass and parking and went into talk to them and say look whoever is on the phone needs to have their attitude checked when they're talking to customers because you just lost one and he said I don't want a customer like you anyway and he repeated his you shouldn't bring trailers into a parking lot spiel....
Yeah negative 10 out of 10 would not recommend

Walked in the store, young lady ask can I help you. I pointed to the restroom and said restroom. She stated restroom was for customers only. A gentleman approached and said yes it is for customers only but go ahead. 8 months pregnant and obviously showing. I informed him I never stated I was not a customer but did need to use the restroom first. If this is the respect given from employees. I definitely choice not to be a customer or inconvenience your establishment by using your restroom, which is in a shopping strip.
FYI: My intention was to order pizza for my child’s softball team..

I always order from this location while I am at work. Food is always hot and fresh. I had an interesting incident today while picking up my order. I see the owner responds to reviews, if there is any way I could get in touch with the owner and discuss it I'd appreciate it.

I ordered 4 pizzas online for a birthday party 2 days in advance and picked them up at the requested time. They were hot and ready when I arrived at the appointed time and the person working the cash register was very friendly and helpful. The birthday boy loves pizza from Marcos and on his birthday he and his friends were very happy with the taste and temperature. Thanks Marcos! We will return!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marco's Pizza and specifically, Joe, their manager! We bring 70 rowers, plus 6-8 coaches to Oakridge for our crew team training. Joe has gone above and beyond for a second year in a row making sure our team is fed hot and fresh pizzas! This year we had a "day of " change in plans and Joe was phenomenal about working with us and rescheduling our delivery. There are very few chain places that you get this attention from. Highly recommend Marco's for your large group orders (just give them 5 days notice bc their dough is made in house which makes it so outstanding!), we have allergies on our team and Joe goes through all ingredients. Thank you Joe and your Oakridge team! See you next year!!
