Man, I've been sleeping on Maroc's Pizza Oak Ridge! Delicious, and I've never had a pizza delivered so fast! Ran straight here to give them a shout out!

I usually don’t waste my time writing reviews for fast food places but my consciousness told me otherwise. As I’m sitting here feeling my cancerous cells growing after eating their overly fried and drenched with seed oil pizza. I sure hope the owner sees this review and makes adjustments to their cooking, but who am I kidding. It’s MURICA where people eat anything, so yeah probably just wasted my time after-all.

On May 15th 2025 at around noon, I accidentally tipped $100 on the online app. I went directly to the store to tell them what happened and requested a refund. The cashier bold face lied to me and said “there’s nothing we can do now, the transaction already went through.” I stood my ground because I was not paying $110 for a medium pizza, and asked her again if she could cancel the order. She proceeded to give me the most rotten attitude I have ever experienced. She said “I guess I can cancel the transaction but you’re going to have to redo your order.” So what he learned today is that the Marco employees lie to your face and that they will blatantly try to steal from you.
Never going back to this place again.

I ordered 4 times through doordash and recieved cheese after specifically asking for none. My brother has a cheese allergy that will land him in the hospital (ostomy+allergy=bad). I called the store to find out i had actually been ordering from the one in Hardin. Joe was so helpful in straightening it out, to the point that we will only order from them directly over the phone or online, skipping the doordash part. Dude really cares about allergies, contamination, and proper glove changing for altered orders. Because you never know! Someone may request no ham for religious reasons and here people are using ham gloves for every order. Not here, they don't do that.
They read their orders carefully and consider their customers.
I knew something wasn't right when we picked up pizza and it was impeccable but ordered through doordash and it was cold, soggy, wrong, and sloppy.
The turnpike location is 10 out of 10.

Husband wanted a sub, which was good. We both got salads. After we placed our order and payed we were told they didn't have tomatoes. I had already told him that I didn't want olives on my garden salad. So that left me with lettuce, onions and green peppers (very few). I don't use dressing, just salt and they didn't even have that. I had to take it home to make it edible. 30 bucks and the guy had to break into the bathroom so my man could wash his hands. Smh.

I was having guests come over on Sunday and called Marcos early to put in a fairly large order. Isabella answered the phone and was so kind and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my order, everything was just coming out of the oven hot and fresh. Isabella apologized to me because I had to wait for a couple of minutes while she made our croutons! (Everyone commented how delicious they were!) The entire order was correct. There was plenty of dressing for the salads, parmesan cheese for the pizzas, and Isabella’s customer service was above and beyond. It’s not often that you find an employee anywhere that is so kind and treats the customer like they enjoy waiting on them, not like it’s a burden. She was even nice when I did something wrong during my payment and she had to redo part of it. Lol. Thank you again Isabella, everything was perfect!

We order delivery from marcos about once a week. We order online and delivery shows up without any problems. The food is also very good, but tonight...I got a text saying it had been delivered, but it hadn't been. Marcos was using door dash for the delivery and the driver wouldn't answer the phone, so I called the store. The guy that answered the phone put me on hold for a manager. When the manager picked up, she said she would look into it and put me on hold again. A 3rd person picked up the phone and said they'd have to send it again and it would be 45 mins and they'd need my payment info again. I was about to ask some questions and he just cut me off and put me on hold. After holding for about 10 minutes, he came back on and asked for payment info again. I just told them to forget it and refund my money, which they said they did. I get that door dash drivers don't work for marcos so they don't care, but what bothered me was that no one at the store seemed to care either and seemed relieved that I just wanted to cancel the order. I felt a very low priority, which is the opposite of the way it should be imo. Everyone makes mistakes, but it seems like someone should want to make it right and no one did. We'll just order papa johns next time

Amanda and online order for salads , I wanted extra meat extra bell peppers extra spinach extra tomatoes , after I paid the 31.00 for two salads . I called the store after I paid and specifically asked to have all the side ingredients put into an extra container , because I know from experience if you ask for extra ingredients on stuff sometimes they don't put the extra ingredients on there . I went and picked up my salads and noticed there was no extra containers so whenever I got home and opened them up it looked like just a regular salad put into a family container there was extra bell peppers and spinach that I could tell the meat really didn't look any different from a regular salad . I even noticed that there weren't any croutons on my salad. I called the store and asked why I did not get any croutons on my salad he sort of stuttered in disbelief and said well we don't have any why didn't you tell me when I picked up my salad I did pay $31 for some salads that weren't to my expectations . I have been a very loyal customer to Marco's Pizza but I will never ever buy anything from them again I can go food City and build my own silent a whole lot cheaper than a 31.00 I spent a day what a disappointment ???
