I ordered 4 times through doordash and recieved cheese after specifically asking for none. My brother has a cheese allergy that will land him in the hospital (ostomy+allergy=bad). I called the store to find out i had actually been ordering from the one in Hardin. Joe was so helpful in straightening it out, to the point that we will only order from them directly over the phone or online, skipping the doordash part. Dude really cares about allergies, contamination, and proper glove...

I was having guests come over on Sunday and called Marcos early to put in a fairly large order. Isabella answered the phone and was so kind and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my order, everything was just coming out of the oven hot and fresh. Isabella apologized to me because I had to wait for a couple of minutes while she made our croutons! (Everyone commented how delicious they were!) The entire order was correct. There was plenty of dressing for the salads, parmesan cheese...

I always order from this location while I am at work. Food is always hot and fresh. I had an interesting incident today while picking up my order. I see the owner responds to reviews, if there is any way I could get in touch with the owner and discuss it I'd appreciate it.
