This McDonalds currently employs a child rapist named Steven Bowling. Don’t let your children come here. Much less work here.
The app allowed us to place an order for pickup from here. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We left a phone message here the next day, but no one ever responded or cancelled/ refunded our order. Contacting McD’s on the website yielded no results. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card. Obviously, this location can’t control the app; however, the refusal to cancel the transaction or to call us was very dishonest.
I am a regular customer. Loved the lady that used to work the window in early am. Now they have the rudest person ever. She spends most of her time on her phone. She sets in a chair so she doesn’t reach out the window and will drop your card or change. I have had her tell me that she can’t take anymore orders because the store was closing for remodel (obviously didn’t happen). She messes orders up routinely. Today was the last straw.
