The app allowed us to place an order for pickup from here. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We left a phone message here the next day, but no one ever responded or cancelled/ refunded our order. Contacting McD’s on the website yielded no results. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card. Obviously, this location can’t control the app; however, the refusal to cancel the transaction or to call us was very dishonest.

Manager is surly and rude. The oak ridge turnpike location is much better. I will never go to the Illinois ave location ever again because of how she acted when I asked for some extra tartar sauce for my filet o fish sandwiches. Such a nasty attitude. Never again!!!

Daisy took my order in the first window I was having problems with the mobile app and she helped me she was soooo sweet . Love her ! Got to the second window they was just standing around doing nothing talking . Waited 10 mins for my food which was not ALOT got my food I asked if I had my sauces he says “ uhhh I guess they should be “ I said okay and trusted that and drove off I got home I had my sauces but not my fries I called 3 times and no answer . It’s not that big of a deal but the least they could do is answer

We went through the drive through and got our food and we didn’t receive all of our order. When going to the door they locked it and would not give me the rest of my order. Not only was I done this way but several other people were done the same way. The employees looked at us and turned around and wouldn’t even help us. We will never go back there

I ordered the same thing every morning cuz I'm a diabetic three folded eggs and three McMuffin breads they take my money it's correct every time but every time I get back home it's always wrong and the man's your Mandy always gives the same excuse well mistakes happen I don't know what else to tell you how about I start giving you half the money

sat outside for 40 minutes, gave them my order three times and handed them my receipt twice and after the third time of not giving me the right food i just gave up and went home excellent waste of money

This is a clean, friendly, quick, reliable McDonald's. I don't see them often; and as a result i don't go to McDonald's much.. This one was walking distance from my hotel, and I wanted a Coke. Once I was inside, I saw how clean and nice everyone was. There wasn't a line of sour people waiting for their orders. So I ordered some fries and coffee, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised that I decided to write a review. I will give them another visit. If I'm wrong, I'll fix this review. Food was as good as you'd expect from McDonald's. Order was correct. Service great. Atmosphere very nice.
Vegetarian options: Not really a vegetarian lunch place since they stopped breakfast all day. But I usually get a cheeseburger without the meat. Then there's fries :)
