To actually be some of the stupidest people I’ve ever seen working in a fast food restaurant taking over 45 minutes when there’s not even a single person in the line taking over 15 minutes to even talk to someone when they pull up and don’t even get me started on the customer service absolutely rude and ignorant had me waiting for my food while everyone was outside taking a smoke break passing around the joint

Ive been here multiple times and the quality varies. Do not use the app to order in the morning until after 4:10am or else the system will lose the other. Of all the times I've been here (10+) I've only had someone be rude to me twice and the fries will be reheated and served to you around 4-5pm but they will change them out with no fuss.

The McDonald's in oak ridge is by far the worst I've been too. Everyone i go there, there is younger workers doing nothing but goofing off and not acting like they care about the needs of their customers. I always get a caramel Sunday from McDonald's and everytime I get one instead of running the caramel along the side of the cup before the ice cream they ALWAYS put it on top and it melts the ice cream. I feel like people need to quit taking short cuts and do their job correctly.

My order is hardly ever write! But they do give you what you came for if you have time to go back through the line!! Oh and you now have to pay for any extra sauces you ask for so you may as well tell them what you want when you order. My kid always gets the 6 peace chicken nuggets happy meal, so I asked if I could get 1 extra BBQ and I was told that I would have to go back through the line to get it!!
