It’s happened a few times. But again last night (12/5/24) the guy put ice in my cup by dipping my cup and his hand in the ice box. I encourage anyone who can see their drink being made watch. So now possible germs and whatever else from the guy’s unwashed and ungloved hand are now in my drink and the rest of the ice in the box. Is a scoop not supposed to be used?
A lesser issue is the music coming through the drive through intercom along with the guys voice, since he’s listening to music as he is taking orders.

Terrible service, terrible people in the night shift. They need to fire that staff and start from scratch. Smh burgers were dry as can be, the dbl quarter pounders are made to order. Pure laziness. The place also looked disgusting looking from the pick up window.

Do not say anything about long wait times…they will sabotage your order…I ordered 3 cups of coffee …all 3 had half a cup of grounds …clearly on purpose

I'm an avid Mcdonalds coffee drinker. I moved close to this Mcdonalds in March & they never, ever, not once have made my coffee correct. They leave out the sugar EVERY TIME. over half a dozen stops and it's never made correctly.
If you want your order correct, I recommend driving over to the Illinois Ave store and ordering there.
