Very good for a McDonalds in this day and age. Consistently good quality food, made to order and friendly service (which is becoming rare at many other fast food restaurants). Convenient location to our house and the kids always leave happy.

Second time in a row in two weeks that I have been made to pull up through the drive through window. And there was no one behind me. Should never happen. Back to Wendy's it is, never have been asked to pull up and wait on an order.

Went in to eat, cash on me so went up to the counter and stood there while 4 different employees kept looking at me. 10 minutes later I gave up trying to get someone to take my order. Every one pretends to be busy but to lazy to take a order

Took my order 15 mins to get to me and that only happened cause the young man could tell we were getting aggravated due to the other staff being too focused on chit chatting. Food was step above cold and we were inside not in drive thru. Won't be back to this location again.

I keep meaning to type something up every time I go. I'm not sure if it's the same throughout the entire day, but the morning shift at the McDonald's on the Turnpike is better than any I've ever seen. They are so consistently good and fast. They run that store as good or better than Chick-fil-a. Recently, there was an ORPD officer behind me and I thought I'd pay for his food or drink. I got to the window and told them I wanted to pay for the officer behind me, only to find out that they already give them free food and drinks! My already high opinion of them just skyrocketed. I try to tell Lisa at the window how great they are doing when I get my coffee, but sometimes I just want to shout it from the rooftops and give them the recognition they deserve. 👏🏆

There was an accident near the McDonald’s and I asked if they were open since most places didn’t have power. I asked a reasonable question and they gave me a lot of attitude and called my question stupid. The chicken nuggets I got were raw.
I ordered the two cheeseburger combo at the drive through and was told to pull up to one of the waiting spots. They told me my order would be out in 25 or 30 seconds. That was 16 minutes ago. The drive through traffic has been moving steadily the entire time and I’m sitting here down $8.

Your burgers and buns taste burnt and are over done you need better standards your quality of food is terrible not a good place for a burger. Un friendly staff and mangers employees butin a sag meaning pants hang low showing underwater foul mouth and not washing hands after doing different tasks i do not recommend eating here
