Awful experience sat at the bar bartender with black hair was vaping and reaching into her bra for some scratches and sniffs while pouring my drink then disappeared for 15 mins. The other bar tender Jess was gossiping about her fellow coworkers and gave one a nasty attitude when one asked a question very unprofessional these ladies need proper manners. Jess was also seen chewing while walking with my appetizer. Shameful

If you actually want to eat don’t come here. Came in on a Wednesday night and most tables were open. We immediately were sat directly in front of the speakers from the dj. It was so loud that I couldn’t hear my husband even when leaning over the table. Our server took our orders and I asked if we could be moved to another table and we were completely ignored. We each got our drinks (no refills) and food. I got the hot honey sandwich and it had an odd smell. When I took a bite it tasted RANCID. The sauce and chicken were definitely spoiled. Didn’t even eat my food. Our server didn’t come back to our table until I had to ask another employee to help us. Our waitress acted as if we were bothering her. She only came to our table 3 times : for our order, to bring out the food, and to bring out our drinks. As to not waste our breath with complaining we decided just to pay our bill and leave. Our table still had my entire meal left and half the food from my husband. But hey if you can stand some food poisoning the karaoke wasn’t too bad.

Terrible service. The worst I’ve ever had. Food took almost 40 minutes and there were only 3 other people inside… and our server didn’t check on us once but could talk to other co workers instead. I’ve never left a $0 tip until today if that says anything. WE HAD TO GO ASK FOR OUR CHECK AND SHE WAS TALKING IN THE BACK! Won’t be coming back and won’t recommend this place either

This was one of the worst experiences we have had in a long time! We were there for almost 2 hours. We waited on someone to check in with us initially for drinks for almost 15 minutes after we sat down. Then we ordered our food as soon as the drinks were placed. We seen our waitress and waitress in training three times the whole 2 hours we were there. I ordered a burger and fries which were decent, although my fries were almost cold when they came out. My husband ordered Hawaiian chicken. This was not even edible. The chicken was cold the rice was crunchy and raw and the Parmesan crusted broccoli tasted like it had just came out of the freezer. We had to flag the waitress down just to tell her we were not eating that and then she acted like she did us a favor by taking it off the check! I’m not paying for something I didn’t eat, PERIOD. She didn’t try to fix it or offer an incentive for our inconvenience of waiting over an hour for our food to arrive and then still not being able to eat it. Several other tables got up and walked off while we were there because they were waiting more than 20 minutes for their initial contact of “hey I’m your waiter/waitress”. We will not be back and the service and food was not worth the trip from the parking lot to the door. Complete waste of time and money! Numerous open tables but yet the worst service ever.

Total waste of time. In the span of almost 2 hours we saw our waitress three times. It took nearly 15 min to find out who our waitress or waiter was. Several people walked out while we were there. It took nearly 40 min to receive our appetizer. Our food came out after waiting over an hour. The rice was very undercooked. The chicken had no flavor and the Parmesan broccoli was extremely cold. We had been wanting to eat here for quite some time. It was a waste of time. Little to no effort from the waitress to make anything right. They acted as if they did me a favor when taking the food I refused to eat off my bill. Consumers beware.

Stopped in over an hour before close. Was told the kitchen was closed. Aubry’s down the road happily sat us. Check it out!
Poor quality food and silverware was dirty. We went to a banquet there and they were very late putting the food out. They did not have any silverware for the guests initially and when they put it out, it was dirty. Really couldn’t eat the food.
