If you are riding Wind Rock and staying in Oak Ridge this is a great dinner stop. The entire restaurant had a great vibe and they happened to have Karaoke the night that we stopped in. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the parking for trailers was exceptional. The only reason for 4 stars was they are a Bar and Grill and were out of our first 4 adult beverage selections. So, we had to settle for what they had vs what we normally would choose. We would still come back and definitely recommend checking them out

I think I've left one other restaurant review ever but this warrants one. We decided to go last minute today, Easter, because it was convenient and lots of things were closed.Our first server was awful. More than unfriendly. We told her we were waiting on someone else and needed a minute. She didn't come back for quite some time. When she did she again was really unfriendly, asked my daughter what she wanted as well as for my 2 year old grandson. My daughter asked her if she was okay. She said, "Are you okay??" My daughter told her we'd been waiting a long time. She took my order and asked if that was all. My fiance hadn't ordered and I guess she thought he didn't want to? When I told her that he needed to order she stared at him until he did.My daughter was really annoyed and asked Nang, who was sitting close enough for us to see him, if we could have another server. We did get another server, which was slightly better than the first.The Food arrived and nothing was hot, really barely warm, and my fiance's Food was completely wrong. We told her what he actually ordered and that was fixed. His food was actually hot and edible.We asked for the spinach dip to be taken off because it was almost cold and really just not good. She took it off.The biggest problem for me is that the owner not once came by to see if things were okay, better, anything of the sort. To me that's unacceptable.I worked in the restaurant business for 25 years and give TONS of grace. I know exactly how the business goes and that mistakes happen. This was just awful from start to finish. Horrible (mostly) service, awful food. The worst $62 I've ever spent. Not one thing we ate was worth that.

This late Saturday (3/16/2024), my Girlfriend & I went to a Restaurant that I have been wanting to try for several months, in Oak Ridge, TN called Oakey's Sports Grill. I have heard good things about it, and I really wanted to go. My Girlfriend and I found the time, so we went. The atmosphere felt like a Sport Bar & Grill, they have a Stage for a Live Band, Huge Flat Screens through the Bar and Dining area. They have split tables for wheelchair seating and accessibility. We went for a weekend lunchtime, a slower time just after they opened. I have noticed in passing that they are very busy at night-time. My Girlfriend has been there before, but it was my first time. The Staff are friendly & helpful. Emmy was our Server; she was super friendly & helpful. My Girlfriend ordered the Mushroom Alfredo pasta, and I ordered the Ultimate Nachos with extra Cheese & Chili Meat (more protein). We both got Sweet Tea as well. While we waited for the Ordered to process with the Kitchen Staff, we looked at all the decor and took pictures. The Pictures are posted as part of this post. About 10 minutes later, Emmy brought the food. My order was absolutely delicious, the Chili for the Nachos had a welcome kick. My girlfriend really enjoyed the Mushroom Pasta sprinkled with Parmesan. We really enjoy the Food, Service & Atmosphere. Been past here for years when in town and never stopped until today. Have to say I have been missing out on fresh beers and fantastic food. Definitely will be my stop from now on. Beer was ice cold and fresh. Wings were real chicken chunks and the mild sauce was just right with that real butter taste and a hint of hot sauce. The wait staff was awesome and gave me the feeling of being welcome. Thanks again for such a good experience.

Had a great meal! Sat at the bar with the best bartender Christie, so friendly. We had some really good fish tacos and wings. The fish tacos had huge amounts of meat! Great salsa!! Good company and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
The service was TERRIBLE! No one came to refill our drinks and there were 5 of us… we wanted to try something different but were unfortunately unhappy with the experience. The menu says “boneless wings” but came out little pieces of chicken tenders?? While waiting for the new food, the customers next us to leaned over and said “where is our waiter, we’ve been waiting for someone for too long”. If you are thinking of coming to this place, don’t unless you want to wait for a table for 15 minutes, not have drinks and have food come out wrong and not what you ordered. But the music was good
They were out of cheese curds and a few other items were tried to order. Some food was ok, others was hardly worth eating. Service wasn't great as we sat with empty beer glasses for several minutes trying to flag our server (or anyone) to get us a refill. We ended up heading elsewhere to grab more to drink.

I like Oakey's sports bar atmosphere. I originally grew up in NYC and we had many sports bars. Oakey's has a great sports bar atmosphere with its many screens, well thought out floor plan and the people who frequent there are friendly. The waitresses are a delight after a hard day's work, quick to seat and are accommodating. The food is good! I like their burgers and wings. A great place to meet up with friends!Kid-friendliness: Very friendly. I am hoping to make this my 'Cheers'.
