My fiance and I went here Sunday night for our weekly date. Our waitress was Mary who was very friendly, funny and checked on us regularly. The food was hot and delicious as always. I highly recommend this location. I wish they would do some dinner specials as well.

My son wanted a blooming onion and he wanted me to get one of the alcoholic drinks back home with a kangaroo toy. He's been saying for weeks that it's the equivalent of Applebees with a tad of Australian novelty. We got a toy kangaroo and I can't see any reason why we need to go back. The wait staff was excellent though.

Not sure who’s cooking these days but the last 2 weeks have been BAD. Last week Chicken in the Barbie was so blackened I could barely eat it and the mixed veggies were basically raw. Last night the burger was salted to a brine and the pickles were so HOT spicy that I could barely eat the burger. I took the pickles off however the burger was saturated with hot pickle juice. Outback is off the menu for a long while.
We had a bloomin' onion, a salad, a soup, and some steak and lobster. Only the soup was up to par.
The steak (ordered medium rare) came out completely raw in the center (not even warm). Lobster was severely overcooked, and very chewy. Salad was way overdressed and difficult to eat as a result. The bloomin onion was not crispy at all, just soggy and unpleasant.
Food came out way too fast - with drunk orders, apps, and Entrees we had everything in front of us only 20 min after sitting down. I would have preferred them spend more time on our food and actually try to time it at least a little bit.
Service from our server Mary was solid. She was the best part of our experience there.
This was my first time to an Outback. Still have some money on a gift card so will probably just order desserts to go, would not eat here again.

You need to give Sarah a raise. I worked in jobs that really extremely rely on the team. And Sarah was great and handled the situation very well. However the food was 2 hours late. As I'm not sure of my companions dishes mine arrived very cold as if it was cooked hours ago. They took the appetizer off do to the wait it's not a bad outback just need better or more cooks.
