This was a 3 times a Charm. This was "We want go Back".They don't have medium Rare Prime Rib...so I got a Ribeye, In which was dry and tough. My husband's prime rib cold, tough and dry. All in all bad night. We paid for drinks and left.

Ordered curbside, lobster left out of one meal. Embarrassing experience. Manager had waiter tell me reimbursement in the form of a gift card will be sent in 2-3 days. That was about 10 days ago. Disappointed on this order. The food we received was good.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! My wife and I frequent different OutBack locations regularly. This location had the best service and most friendly staff we have ever encountered! Candace the bartender took care of us and really set the tone for an outstanding dining experience!

My husband and I eat out a lot at Outback. We aren’t from this area but came in after a long day of off-roading at windrock. We sat at the bar and was quickly greeted and food came quickly. However, what stood out to us was the service. The bartender, Candace, was on top of things and kept our waters filled and checked on us often… surprisingly, this is not the service we typically get at all the other restaurants, so I thought I would leave this review to say that this is the best service we have ever gotten at an Outback and we will come back next year during our next work trip.

We had visited this location after we moved to Oak Ridge. The service and food were so disappointing that we never returned. We had our son visiting this past weekend and his family wanted to eat here so we decided to give them another try.We could not have been more pleased. The service was awesome and our meals were delicious. Thanks, Outback for renewing love for your food.
Went for Easter dinner and it was delicious! The prime rib was perfectly seasoned and seared. The coconut shrimp appetizer was the best! Everything about the meal was wonderful!

Perhaps I should have known better than ask for a burger from a steakhouse.The management response seemed genuine and I decided to get a steak today. It was well cooked & the service was on par.I did not want to tell them about my previous experience & just sat down and ordered.Taking both experiences into account. I have adjusted my review.
