The employees seems nice and outgoing, I've always done pick up so I'm not there long, but the food is great and the drinks are amazing as well. I always got the same thing every time and never had an issue with the food. A straw was forgotten once, but that's no big deal. Good service, I went there every day for a couple weeks after work for dinner. Not very healthy but it was dang good 😂 will be going there again.

I ordered a bowl with string bean chicken, half fried rice and half super greens. My green beans were inedible, very hard chewy. There were 3 little pieces of chicken in the whole bowl. Most of my food was inedible. I came here a couple of weeks ago as well and the protein was fine, but the rice was old and hard. They’re very inconsistent here. I won’t be returning.

I'm 67 years old I have ate a lot of Chinese food in my life. Panda Express is by far the best I've ever had it is definitely quality Chinese food. I have ate at several Panda locations the Oak ridge store is the best. I go out of my way to come to this store at least three times a week. consistently friendly, consistently clean, consistent good food. Will Pond and the other managers and their crew they are mature and professional not easily found these days you don't have to wait for them to finish watching a Tik Tok video on their phone before they wait on you.

I ordered online. The noodles where raw. The orange chicken was so small more batter than chicken and the food was cold when it got here. Very dissapointed !
