Somethings changed at this location and I think it's the current batch of employees?That usually comes down to management issues?Not sure who that is since I've only been inside once.The girl at the drive-thru window was probably my #4 child's age(20?)Man??Was she rude,&it takes alot for this Mamabear of 5 to say that LOL!! I'm not sure what Panda Express gets right in their training, but every location I've been to has been staffed with friendly faces to go with the good food. Here, I let them know I was waiting on a mobile order and they even brought it to me! I saw them accommodate another order to be extra saucy/juicy with no problem. Panda Express is by far the best I've ever had it is definitely quality Chinese food. I have ate at several Panda locations the Oak ridge store is the best. I go out of my way to come to this store at least three times a week.
