I had an order delivered to my work office and found a dead fly in my salad. I would never recommend them and I will not be eating there ever again. That is disgusting.

I placed a pickup order, accidentally put it in as pickup inside unknowingly. Pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up my order and the man working on 8/3/2025 at 1:40 PM stated he wasn’t allowed to give me my pickup order through the drive-thru if I placed it as pick-up inside. As a former Panera employee, I always did what I could to help my customers and give excellent customer service. I truly don’t appreciate this experience and won’t be back to this location.

Bought a half dozen bagels today and the lady brought me my bag, and said oh are bagels came out smaller than they should be so we are giving your a dozen. I thought cool, and said thank you. Come to find out the bagels were not just smaller they weren’t cooked. Gummy on the inside. Do better Panera before you start losing business.

I quickly remembered why we haven't been in so long. It's very tired looking inside. The food is microwaved. The sandwich was all bread with very little meat and cheese. The employees seem like they'd rather be elsewhere. And the prices are ridiculous for the experience.

Did not get my baguette with my meal. The bread was hard for the sandwiches. Very disappointing.
Mary was very rude today!! She NEVER even said thank you when I received my order. She needs some customer relations skills or move to the kitchen area.
I really want to see if anyone from the Oak Ridge, TN Panera Bread will contact me.

Ordered a pickup and out of 6 items ordered they got 2 right. Ordered a blueberry bagel, got a muffin. Ordered an egg and sausage sandwich, it’s just egg on a bun, missing another item and the avocado toast was burnt to hell… will never get breakfast there again, can’t wait for First watch to open
