Hadn't had it in a long time, decided to try it. Should have stuck with somewhere else. Had to dip it in the garlic sauce to have any flavor, and they didn't cut the pizzas all the way so they kept tearing apart. This was nothing like I remember PapaJohns years ago.

Went to pick up a pizza that I had ordered on the app. I did not realize I had a missed call stating that the pizza would not be ready until 12pm. The manager who was working came up to me and stated “I called you and told you that your pizza won’t be ready until noon.” Then at noon, I had a friend pick up the pizza, and again the manager was rude. I understand having a “busy” or “hectic” day, however that is no reason to treat customers with disrespect.

I don’t tip if I place my own order online and workers had to literally put my one pizza in a box and I get in my car and go get it— I was extremely turned off by your rude worker who was so condescending and overly said ‘ thanks’ to my back clearly making some point about the lack of tip.

Had a fly in our food but they fixed it but they could have at least said sorry because everybody's food was cold waiting for me to return with Mt daughters new pizza
I was trying to place an order over the phone. I gave my card information to the employee two times and she said it was declined which I know it should not be. I asked the employee what numbers she put in the computer and she responded " the same numbers that you gave me"! I asked if they could read it back to me and they responded "no I cannot"! If a manager would reach out to me I will tell you the employees name. If the manager/owner chooses to not reach out to me than you have lost a customer. Very disappointed

Always good pizza from Papa John’s. My favorite is the BBQ Chicken Pizza. Normally get a cheese pizza for my picky daughter, it’s always good, but sometimes may have more sauce than I like, but still good.

From the phone call to order this was great service.The pizza was delicious and again everyone was so kind.The gentleman that took my order wished me luck with traffic and I just got back into Oak Ridge with no stopping because of the traffic.So again all thank you for my fantastic pizza ??

Pizza was overall good only thing is a little preference of mine was it seemed like it wasn't cooked hardly all the way thru in the center the crust was slightly doughy but the smaller pizza with only 3 toppings was perfect.
