Yes, it came in night before got 2 pizzas, one having a hair. Both ice cold, come back the next night. To make a complaint, Vanessa met me. Setting at the door wouldn't get up rude. Disrespectful, wearing shorts while working makes no sense to me. But absolutely rude. Continuously, called me a liar and told me that I never even came into her store that she was working there the entire day. If this is what we've come to in retail and food, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never step foot into that restaurant ever again sincerely, lynn

I’ll give credit when credit is due - super quick order and delivery, with an appropriate drink substitution as they did not have the 20oz bottle I requested. Also, I received all my extra garlics 🫶🏻 papa John’s has always been my go-to! Great job today!

Ordered a pizza and tipped well but the pizza came with the cheese half off of it and they threw the receipt inside the box all melted on top of the pizza?? Literally no idea why they would do that. Very weird.

What can I say, it's a chain pizza place. The XL pizza is a nice change from the other local pizza joints. They're quick to get orders done when you're ordering takeout, so that's a big plus.
