Absolutely horrible experience, I called ahead of time before placing the order and explained that my sister in law is already out so I wondered if they would be able to type in my card and I was told yes that's not an issue. When my sister in law got there the manager Tia gave her a hard time and wouldn't allow her to pay for the pizza, when I called she was very rude and even clarified that I was told that it would be fine but instead of doing a courtesy she was just rude, I said I won't be able to get my order and she replied that's OK we will make our money. I feel the customer service on her part was not to the standard of a Papa Murphys manager at all that I've experienced elsewhere, because why is your employee giving out false info and then when it's brought to your attention why did you not try to fix the situation since technically it was your fault as the manager 🤔.

I am so sad to write this review. Papa Murphys used to be my most favorite place for pizza! Plus, the $10.99 deal on a large on Tuesdays is great! That being said, this location makes it very clear that they do not like to have to offer it. I do believe that they even used to be closed on Tuesdays because of it. Anyway, my favorite pizza there was the gourmet vegetarian, but they repeatedly skipped the artichoke hearts (my favorite) and are super tight with the toppings!! It's clear to see why Papa Murphy's in the South isn't really a thing. In the West Coast, they LOADED their pizzas with toppings, which more than made up for the lackluster crust and having to p/u the pizzas & cook them at home. But this location, they are rude, and their dislike of their job and lack of value of their customers clearly shows. The picture below was my last order... when my husband asked them if they could please put some more toppings on the gourmet vegetarian bc this is definitely not how it should look, they refused & insisted this is how it comes!! Seriously? We still spent $30.00 on our pizzas, but I'm sad to say I'm done.

Tried to get my grandson mini creat your own for his bday, Apparently there was only one. Apparently it would have been too much to make some up.

I have been really disappointed with this location. We normally get the deluxe veggie and the stuffed pizza once every couple of weeks. The past two times, our veggie pizza was missing half of the toppings. This last time, it was missing artichokes, zucchini, and spinach. We paid for a pizza missing half of the toppings. A husband and wife pairing run the place. Whenever the husband is there, he is super nice. When the wife is there, she has an attitude and doesn't seem to care at all. For a long time, they were closed on Tuesdays to avoid the 10 dollar Tuesday special. When they finally reopened on Tuesdays, they always have a negative attitude whenever you go in there. Overall, I am not satisfied with my experiences here lately. We tried calling to give them a complaint, but they had their phones disconnected because it was Tuesday, and I'm guessing they've been getting a lot of complaints.

After a 7 year break decided to order a Papa Murphy pizza. Ordered using the app. The pie was ready when I arrived at the shop. Beautiful presentation of fresh ingredients. After less than 15 minutes in the oven the pizza was done. Tasty sauce. Topped the way I ordered it. Generous portions. Only problem: it was the crust. No rise. No flavor. The reason it took 7 years to order this pizza. Too bad. Unless they improve the dough (regardless the greatness of the topping) I guess it will be another 7 years before I order another one.As you can tell, much pie left over. Made some toast. Scraped the toppings off the crust and loaded them on the toast. Warmed them in the microwave. Delicious!!! The birds and squirrels loved the old crust.

Came in to order 3 family size. They ran out of dough. Manager was very rude to the employee in front of everyone. Didn't look like anyone wanted to be there. Was there 40 minutes before they even started making our pizza. People there were asking for there money back. One guy next to us ordered online over an hour was waiting still.
