Absolutely horrible experience, I called ahead of time before placing the order and explained that my sister in law is already out so I wondered if they would be able to type in my card and I was told yes that's not an issue. When my sister in law got there the manager Tia gave her a hard time and wouldn't allow her to pay for the pizza, when I called she was very rude and even clarified that I was told that it would be fine but instead of doing a courtesy she was just rude, I said I won't be able to get my order and she replied that's OK we will make our money. I feel the customer service on her part was not to the standard of a Papa Murphys manager at all that I've experienced elsewhere, because why is your employee giving out false info and then when it's brought to your attention why did you not try to fix the situation since technically it was your fault as the manager 🤔.

I am so sad to write this review. Papa Murphys used to be my most favorite place for pizza! Plus, the $10.99 deal on a large on Tuesdays is great! That being said, this location makes it very clear that they do not like to have to offer it. I do believe that they even used to be closed on Tuesdays because of it. Anyway, my favorite pizza there was the gourmet vegetarian, but they repeatedly skipped the artichoke hearts (my favorite) and are super tight with the toppings!! It's clear to see why Papa Murphy's in the South isn't really a thing. In the West Coast, they LOADED their pizzas with toppings, which more than made up for the lackluster crust and having to p/u the pizzas & cook them at home. But this location, they are rude, and their dislike of their job and lack of value of their customers clearly shows. The picture below was my last order... when my husband asked them if they could please put some more toppings on the gourmet vegetarian bc this is definitely not how it should look, they refused & insisted this is how it comes!! Seriously? We still spent $30.00 on our pizzas, but I'm sad to say I'm done.

Tried to get my grandson mini creat your own for his bday, Apparently there was only one. Apparently it would have been too much to make some up.
