After a 7 year break decided to order a Papa Murphy pizza. Ordered using the app. The pie was ready when I arrived at the shop. Beautiful presentation of fresh ingredients. After less than 15 minutes in the oven the pizza was done. Tasty sauce. Topped the way I ordered it. Generous portions. Only problem: it was the crust. No rise. No flavor. The reason it took 7 years to order this pizza. Too bad. Unless they improve the dough (regardless the greatness of the topping) I guess it will be another 7 years before I order another one.As you can tell, much pie left over. Made some toast. Scraped the toppings off the crust and loaded them on the toast. Warmed them in the microwave. Delicious!!! The birds and squirrels loved the old crust.

Came in to order 3 family size. They ran out of dough. Manager was very rude to the employee in front of everyone. Didn't look like anyone wanted to be there. Was there 40 minutes before they even started making our pizza. People there were asking for there money back. One guy next to us ordered online over an hour was waiting still.

My goodness I had no idea a simple pizza could be so good.I've ordered several pizzas from the Oak Ridge TN Papa Murphy's and every one has been great.I truly can't think of a single thing bad to say about this establishment.It's clean, well run (on time etc) and most of all they have the best pizza in Oak Ridge.There are two pizzas in Oak Ridge I would ever recommend. The first is Papa Murphy's, the second is Big Ed's.And by far Papa Murphy's is in 1st place.

My first time. Pizza was great! I had the garlic chicken and it was really good. Pizza cooks in under 20 mins and they provide the pan. Super easy. They have salads, dessert, and drinks too. Also it says you can use your EBT card.

We love this Papa Murphy’s! The store is always clean. The girls who work there are SO kind—they make us feel like friends not just customers! They are also very efficient & can make the delicious pizzas really fast! We travel an hour to get to this store!

Normally we love the pizzas and have no issue with quality. For whatever reason, for the nearly $70 we spent 2/3 of the family sized pizzas were incorrect. The 2 mini Murphy’s we also ordered were already assembled instead of make-it-yourself, which was very sad for our 2 youngest who were excited to make their pizzas. No temporary tattoos either, and no instructions for baking.One of family sized thin crust deluxe veggies we got was actually a regular crust and not thin, and the stuffed chicken bacon ranch had no ranch and instead had red sauce, which ruined it for me. We didnt even want to eat it. My family was really disappointed last night.
