I love pizza but do not go to oakridge for pizza. Slow service long time to get waited on. Pizza was over cooked and no cheese. Bought pizza bread sticks and wings. It was all a mess. They Didn’t want to hear me out.

I walk in and don’t get greeted, he just says “yes?” In a rude way. Food is done 10 minutes after it’s supposed to be. I see why you have a 3.9 rating. A simple “how’s it going?” would’ve been respectful

I ordered delivery ($29.84, which is a lot for cold pizza) directly through your website. If I wanted to order through DoorDash, I would’ve done so. Instead of a pizza hut driver delivering my pizza, a DoorDash driver was sent. Not only did this driver arrive over 40 minutes past the original estimated arrival time, but the food arrived cold. To add to our frustration, our pizza was the thinnest hand-tossed pizza I’ve ever seen. So thin, in fact, that my husband asked me if I had ordered thin-crust. After the incredibly long day we had this was so frustrating and so disappointing.

Pizza Hut is hit or miss in general, but…. Ordered delivery. Pizza was undercooked, looked like a gust of wind blew some pizza ingredients together to create something slightly resembling a pizza. Had two orders of wings and one small thing of ranch was all that was given for dipping sauce. Also , not cheap on the wallet either. Could’ve got the same sub par experience from a red Barron in the microwave for 1/8 the price. Don’t recommend.

I ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery.When it arrived, it was burnt to a crisp. It was extremely dry and the crust was like cardboard. When I called to speak with someone about my order. The young man answered the phone asked if he could take my order. I told him I had a complaint. He put me on hold and 27 minutes later. I was still holding No one ever answered the phone at thirty four minutes the call disconnected

We love this Pizza Hut. They have always done a great job ever since we moved into our current house several years ago. When you call, just make sure you are talking to the actual store and not the corporate call center; if you end up with the corporate people you can request they transfer you to the actual store itself. But, in regard to some of these other reviews, the foibles of the corporate call center are not the fault of this store, because the people who work there are wonderful and make great pizza. They honestly have never once messed up an order for me, nor has the delivery ever taken particularly long. We got a stuffed crust and a pepperoni pan the other night and it was excellent as usual. Also they will still make the personal pepperoni pans if you ever want one for a quick lunch, and they're delicious.

I'm extremely disappointed. My husband and I ordered a pizza deal online ( pizza, bread sticks, and wings. I called and added an additional order of cheese bread. We received our order but it was missing the regular bread sticks, so we called and my husband spoke to someone who said they would send out the bread sticks (which were paid for) and we still have not received them, it's now the next day. Horrible service. I feel like our money was wasted.
