We love this Pizza Hut. They have always done a great job ever since we moved into our current house several years ago. When you call, just make sure you are talking to the actual store and not the corporate call center; if you end up with the corporate people you can request they transfer you to the actual store itself. But, in regard to some of these other reviews, the foibles of the corporate call center are not the fault of this store, because the people who work there...

This is for whoever made my pizza today about 12:30 p.m., March 26, in Oak Ridge, TN.
I phoned in a pick-up order and it was hot, right out of the oven, when I picked it up.
This was the best pizza that I have eaten from Pizza Hut in a very long time. I got a large thin crust with pepperoni & double beef. The crust was NOT overcooked and the ingredients were plentiful.
Pizza Hut needs to hire more people like you (whoever you are).
You made my day and thank you again!

Recipe has changed a bit in 40 years, sauce is a bit sweeter, cheese seems milder, but the meatlover's pan is still very good.Good italian sausage is practically non-existant at fast food pizza joints, but it's here at Pizza Hut!BTW: my pizza was spot on: tasty!!! Thanks crew.?
