I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I customized a venti drink but when it was made, the barista only gave me 2/3 a cup. I asked her to confirm why the drink was not full,and she replied that it was because I chose light ice, so that’s all I get. This is unacceptable. I paid for a full drink and should receive a full drink, regardless of whether I choose to have light ice or extra!

The staff is always so friendly and so kind, they memorize most of their customers orders, they go above Nd beyond to go the extra step just to make me happy.I was super against Starbucks for so many years. But visiting this location has had me become a regular.
