The staff is always so friendly and so kind, they memorize most of their customers orders, they go above Nd beyond to go the extra step just to make me happy.I was super against Starbucks for so many years. The employees were attentive and quick to respond. I'd recommend the Mango Dragonfruit lemonade for a fresh flavor. It's also a great place to hang out with family and friends. I'd recommend this place to friends and family!
This location is so convenient when I bring my children grocery shopping with me and know I will need the sanity boost that caffeine brings. ;-) They give you Kroger rewards when you order at this location and you can also use your Starbucks app. So helpful. The only downside is that the workers at this location are not nearly as friendly or helpful as the freestanding location near Walgreen's and Main Street. Be sure to snag a cart with cup holders if you want a stop here first. My go-to is a flat white with oat milk. Last time, my son and I tried one of the new summer drinks-a blended pineapple/passion fruit lemonades. I will stick with the flat white or iced shaken espressos.

Ordered ahead on the app, and drove from hotel the short distance to pick up our coffees. They were extremely busy, as it appeared many hospital employees getting coffee before they went into work.

I ordered 3 coffees. 2 white chocolate Peppermint mochas and a sugar cookie Frappuccino. What I got (because the worker couldn't find the button, and doesn't think there's a differnt between a mocha and a hot chocolate apparently) was 2 plain white hot chocolates and what I'm pretty sure was just coffee and water. I get talking while you work but maybe pay attention to your customers first.

This is the second Saturday I visited the oak ridge location. My mocha was once again half full after the whipped topping was taken off the top. Pitiful Thanks Vanessa
