I wouldn't even give them a star but here we are. There were two couples in front of us as I was waiting in line. The ONLY person working there was on the phone with her mom or something. She knew we were all waiting in line but didn't do anything. The two couples in front of me were there for 6 minutes before we all decided to up and leave. Besides they're nearly expired chips and very poorly maintained facility I wouldn't recommend this Subway to anyone.

Ordered two subs on Monday in the app. I went to pick them up at 8pm, store is closed. Supposed to be open until 9pm. I saw my bag on the counter through the windows. I tried to call noone picks it up. It is Wednesday. They didn't call, didn't email about refund, they have that info. Worst store ever, avoid it.

KIm was amazing! We left a brand new IPhone inside and she kept it for us and took it with her as we couldn’t get it until after she closed as we were over an hour away. And the tuna sandwich and Philly cheese steak sandwich’s were the best we’ve ever had at any Subway anywhere!!
Will start off by saying this is no fault whatsoever of the employee, this is all corporate and management.
Almost every subway I've been to has been chronically understaffed, this one especially. There was only one employee working the entire lunch rush. I placed my order online to avoid the line, which still wasn't ready when I got there. I understand, long line and one worker, I wait.
An entire family orders, eats and leaves before I'm served. I've waited over half an hour. I'm then told they're out of the sides I ordered - $7 of food, which is fine, I ask for a refund for that portion. I'm told since I ordered on the app I have to request a refund on the app. My service is spotty in their restaurant so I wait till I get home. There is nowhere I am able to request a refund or dispute. A Google search returns the pretty unanimous response that only the store can provide refunds. I called the store, listened to the phone ring for 10 minutes and gave up. I shouldn't have to waste my time fighting customer service and tracking people down. I would be thrilled for even store credit or app rewards at this point.
This is an ongoing issue of understaffing that management needs to PLEASE address.

The food was dried out and old out of most veggies and all cheese but American . It smelt rancid in there and she had complained like 4 different times cause people kept coming in and she can’t eat saying “ oh my god I’m never gonna get to eat before I close” I asked for onions she said very snarky ( we are out and I’m not getting more so pick something else ) she was very very rude

Out of everything, not herbs an cheese bread, no lettuce, no bell pepper, no soup. Guy didn't act like he cared... 2 stars for service cause the guy working with him seemed to think like me... like where's the food??? ???

Very good. Meat and veggies were fresh and delicious. The service was very good. Enjoyed a moment of positive interaction with this good person. A lot of people don't care, but, I value my interactions with those who are serving me. Many times these folks in seemingly thankless jobs need a little emotional pick up and whether they respond in kind or not, I attempt to have brief, positive social interactions to perpetuate a feeling of appreciation for the work that they do to put together a sandwich or whatever it is I order. Some are naturally predisposed to a bubbly outgoing attitude, however some need a little coaxing to bring out their inner positivity. It doesn't always work, but it is a thing of beauty when it does.????
I always order "more" on the veggies and rarely is the sandwich made properly.
Vegetarian options: Order in-store bc if you don't they only put small amount of veggies.
