They still had over 45 mins left til close and the guy was so rude. We walked in on him moping. So he wasn't happy about that. And not happy at all the fact that we Evan came in. He was rude and had attitude, I asked for it toasted he rolled his eyes at me. My friend and I was going to eat it there but we felt so out of place. He couldn't wait to get us out of there so he could close up... But the food was good but it could had been so much better.

I ordered 40.00 worth of subs yesterday and they forgot to give my daughter 2 of my 4 combo items a drink and chips. My daughter ran to pick up the food for me to feed her, my niece and me and didn’t realize until she was home and she couldn’t go back. I tried calling but you can’t get through on the app so if you see this Subway can you please offer for me to get it on my next trip? I was working from home and order all the time.

We placed an online order over 45 minutes ago.upon placing our order we were notified it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we get to the store the employee is just standing there. My order is not ready or even been started on. He looks at my ticket and then states he's not doing it because he's fixing to clock out. Then he wants to argue with me when I ask for the manager.

The man working (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was super kind and patient with me & my kiddos. Our food was fresh & we waited no time at all. My son ended up not liking the nachos so they very quickly made him a sandwich that he likes. Will definitely be back!

I placed my order at the drive through using the screen. My sandwich was made wrong. It did not take my toppings when I selected my order. Then a female worker says to the other person “ I hate when they do that”, like I purposely messed my order up. I travel an extra 6 miles to this subway because it used to be friendly service. Not anymore. I will give the Clinton store my service. Also if you’re going to talk about someone make sure they can not hear you. Very disappointed.

Went through the drive thru and apparently they can’t read their own screens as my SIMPLE order of a cold cut with light lettuce and extra mayo was made incorrectly with a ton of lettuce and no mayo at all.
Went there around 10:25 to 10:30 last night to get food and as soon as I walked in the male manager had an attitude and kept making rude comments. First he said. I hope nothing has to be heated or toasted because I've already turned the machine off and kept getting an attitude and said you're kinda cutting it close aren't you. He was cussing and making rude remarks the entire time because it was supposed to be his day off and he had to work. Last time that I ever go back there.

I guess I wasn’t the only person who came here to write a bad review about picking and choosing which customer to serve, eh hem, dark slicked back hair girl with tattoos on both hands 9/11 @ 8pm. She started to make my sandwich after I waited 10 minutes, stopped inbetween making it, set it aside and started making one for the new customer she was friendly with that walked in behind me..like really? When I spoke up she asked me about my attitude and if I wanted her to make it at all. Never going back—so rude, so unprofessional, so petty.

Whoever the short dark haired girl with the lady eye was that was working on 9/8 around 6:30pm is so freaking rude, pick and choose who's order she was gonna make first and still messed almost everything up. Asked her for a coke she said they were out and just turned around

I literally walked in, did not get acknowledged. And waited over 5 mins still not getting acknowledged. Saw she was busy so i went to the bathroom. Came back out still no acknowledgement. And then I just left. Subways night staff are horrible. Only go during the day. They just might acknowledge ur existence with an, “I’ll be with you in a minute.”

Hats off to night crew on May 31st, 2024. They work hard and being understaffed, they went above and beyond being courteous, friendly and helpful. I have purchased food from here before and my order is always perfect tonight being no exception. When. They didn't have what I ordered, they offered something else in exchange. I love this Subway. I have always had a good experience here. Keep up the good work, night shift.
