My potato bowl had bare minimum in it, and the potatoes were stale. Also, my husbands burrito was stuck to the wrapper to the point of no return.

Taco Bell has gotten pretty expensive in 2025. I wonder how much of that is because of incompetent economic policy. It used to be you could get a big meal for less than $10 per person; that is no longer the case.

Mostly order from the App and it is quick and convenient. This is my local Taco Bell and I've rarely had any issues. What I have had were minor and promptly addressed.

I accidentally placed my mobile order to the wrong location through the app. The manager at this location went above and beyond — she made sure I got my food without charging me again and was incredibly kind throughout the whole interaction. 🙌 She even called the other store to explain the mix-up.
And let me just say — one of the classics and my all-time fave, the bean burrito 🌯, was one of the best I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell! 🔥👏

New guy working was great however when I asked for sour cream that was near a dollar for less than half a little cup and asked if I could get a cup with possibly more sour cream in it I was told no by the red headed drive through girl. If the man hadn't been new I absolutely would have asked for my money back but I didn't want him to have to look for the manager again for help as she disappeared as quickly as she did the first time he needed help.

(I’m convinced any good review is from employees or their friends) I got the cinnamon 2 pack as a part of my order and they are so hard I could break a window. Completely inedible. They have probably been sitting since they opened. To even attempt to serve something like that is completely ridiculous. I wouldn’t even attempt to bite into this concrete ball. In addition to this they get your order wrong way too often. ( forgetting the meat is the most ridiculous one yet) I don’t eat out much and I generally like Taco Bell, but both Oak Ridge locations are completely horrible. I have never experienced anything like it until I moved here. I give them another chance every blue moon, but I’m just going to stop trying. I’ll wait until I’m not in Oak Ridge.

Drive through orders the last couple of times. Food prep has has improved greatly over the last year. Food looks like the menu displays and we are not getting half filled tacos, cheese dip cups, or burritos anymore. We appreciate that! We are getting what we pay for. Now they just need to work on getting the orders correct. 2 out of the past 5 times I have had incorrect orders (this over approximatelya 4 month period)...nothing extra, just something is missing that didn't make it into the bag or box. Just make sure to check your order before you pull away and you should be fine...I'm going to take my own advice moving forward because I didn't notice until I got home on the last 2 misses.
