Been going to this Tacobell for a while now, and its been pretty flippant about quality. It is extremely dependent on who's working there, and the place seems to cycle through workers pretty quickly. All in all I'd say I've had a pretty positive experience. It's cheaper and quicker than most alternatives!

Only 2 employees working. Wearing gloves to play on the phone instead of doing job. Employees should be cleaning and earning a honest day's pay, for honest days work!!!! This is why I do not think they should be paid double digits, per hour. Also they wear those gloves and touch everything, and seldom change them. !!!!! No wonder people get sick!!!! No Taco Bell for me!

In my opinion this is the worst Taco Bell in East Tennessee! I work in Oakridge last 5 years and every time over that span it literally takes 30 mins to get a drink and 1 bean burrito in not kidding ! It should be closed down the other Taco Bell by Walmart is light years better they need to close this one or bring some of that’s management to this one and fix this problem ….. everyone that’s in management at this location should be first asap it’s pathetic !

Consistently trash. I never write reviews for restaurants, but this place is an awful experience every time. The food always takes forever to get and is still somehow never hot or fresh. They usually forget atleast 2 items per order. They are always out of things. If you want anything made other than how it comes expect them to get that wrong too. Super stingy on portions of meat and cheese. Staff is usually very slow to respond when pulling up at the drive through, even when there are no other cars and the lobby seems to always be closed. If you try to get something fixed that was made incorrectly the staff usually acts like it was somehow your fault. This is hands down the worst tacobell in East Tennessee. * also worth mentioning, while I’ve ordered from this place 5 or 6 times now every time has been in the evening. So hopefully the day shift guys have it together better.

Im sure the food would have been fine, i'm reviewing policy today. I walked out and went to Zaxbys because the only way to get to order in person was the drive thru.

The worst Taco Bell in the area. I ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes before picking up. My app told me my food was ready. Upon arrival, I was ignored for 10 minutes until someone finally came to ask my name. I told her and she informed me they did not have any rice or beef. I asked for a refund and none of the employees knew how to do so. I’ll be contacting customer service for a refund.
