One of the best Mexican restaurants in East Tennessee. Basic Mexican cuisine done right. Super friendly staff. Killer margaritas.

My wife and I are truly Zandunga fanatics, having been there many times. We ordered dishes to go and let me say one thing, still amazing just how delectably delicious their food is. Authentically perfect food that is not only fantastic but also huge portions that give us leftovers! Best Mexican restaurant, hands down, in the entire area. If I could give a ten star rating on a five star rating, I would. Thank you Zandunga, you are great each and every time we have been there!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The service was excellent but the enchiladas tasted like what wet dog food smells like 😐. Our food came out cold when there was one other person there with us eating. Will not be eating here again. super disappointed. And had all there children running around like zoo animals. Didn’t want dinner at a daycare. 😐😡

I'm so disappointed! I first found a hair in my salsa arrived late around 9:55 so was planning to move fast out of consideration server with blue hair was irritated and clearly didn't want us there voiced her concern for doing her cleaning before serving us. We quickly ordered food told her we planned to leave a good tip etc she ignored us didn't write down my order and i specifically ordered no raw onions she spilled salt on me tried to sweep my feet without asking cleaning table behind me like very upsetting my friend food came out fine I had to wait for mine to be recooked then still no cooked onions came for 5 more minutes no napkins she continued to prioritize cleaning the tables then I needed sauce container and waited an additional 5-10 minutes as she waited to finish her cleaning to ask for my sauce and it was already put away I told management I was unhappy we drove from Powell and no apology no discount sad to say they are going down hill and I love their food

I’ve been here twice and gotten the quesabirria tacos, awesome quality both times. The rest of my family likes what they get as well. The street corn is also very good. I haven’t been able to find a similar type of menu in the area, so they definitely offer a good unique and diverse selection!

Delicious! Abundant! Missed corn chips as I do not enjoy flour tortilla chips. But they can cook!

Food was good overall. I had Mole Mexicano which was very tasty. However service was slow and not particularly accurate. Had to repeatedly ask for things. But they seemed to be short on wait staff.
