I feel like this page needed more good vibes. Whatever team is running Zaxby's right now at 1:30PM 9/8/25, is absolutely killing it with drive through service! Thank you for being amazing and efficient! 💓

Ordered curbside was brought out the wrong order tried to explain to the employee was blown off she snatched the food back and never came back. Waited 20 mins and walked in to be waved to a shelf where my food sat and was ice cold. I spent way to much money for the experience and will not be back. I don't know how this place stays open unless drive thru is ran way better because both front and mobile ordering SUCK

The foods good but today we put in a curbside and waited after checking in for about 10 minutes just to go in and see that it was put for regular pickup even though the receipt said which car we were picking it up in. We also ordered extra sauce and we didn't receive the sauce that came with our meal or the extra. This is the 2nd time we've had issues with the curbside pickup so hopefully it gets fixed.

I ordered two quesadillas and it took 10 minutes to make them with an empty restaurant. Empty other than some random person walking in off the street and walking behind the counter to grab a to-go box and make themselves a meal and leave. Not really sure what was going on there. None of the employees seemed like they cared because they watched her do it. Then once I got home I found a blue hair in one of my quesadillas. The employee behind the counter that was cooking at the time just happened to have blue hair as well. When I went back and spoke with the manager about the issue he grinned when I told him there was a hair in my food and just told me he'd make another one. So unless you like hair in your food and god only knows what else if they can't even get a hair net right. None of the employees who were all females at this time had a hair net on. I fully plan on contacting corporate and the manager of this location to inform them of the issue. Not that I really expect anything to happen.

Staff was nice, food not so good. Chicken was very salty and like it was cooked hours before and under an incubator to hatch chick's. Fries cold and 5 x the season salt on them.. 1st and probably last time going.. the Oakridge was not clean, no trash bags in the tray dump, only a tray over the hole..
There was another order besides mine and they would not eat more than couple of bites.. due to the same issues... they do have sauces though...

Went here with my family, plenty of tables to pull together, and eat at. The cashier was friendly, the food was good and the restaurant was clean. I would eat here again, and I definitely recommend for friends and family outings when you want good food and timely service.
