Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered wings and things combo. Super loaded with salt could not even finish. Chicken was over cooked and batter tasted rank. I'm done with Zaxby's never wasting money on this anymore. It used to be a great franchise but now its garbage.

When we went inside there were a bunch of flies swarming around the register and we waited atleast 10 minutes to order. When we got our food they gave us 5 tenders instead of 6, one napkin to share for two meals, and a cup that was broken. The drink machine was out of all of the drinks.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank the Zaxby's crew! The food is always hot and fresh. You all do an amazing job, all the time! Thank you.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad and and the chicken was processed it was like rubber. For Zaxby's to be known for their chicken I was extremely disappointed that was probably the worst chicken I've ever had

Update: The money came out of my account for food I didn’t receive on 6/7/24. I sent in a request for a refund to the email suggested below and haven’t heard anything since. I just want the money back.

Couldn’t tell you how the food was, supposedly my order from the app never came through even though it took it from my bank account. I’m sick of spending money on fast food for it to be cold/ recooked/ or just “Lost” in general. Refund if this money officially comes out of my account. I’ll keep you updated because I DEFINITELY didn’t get my food. Thanks though, I wanted to eat before going to the ER.??
