I was so disappointed with my recent visit to this Hardee’s. My loaded Omelette biscuit was more like a wimpy ham biscuit. Since I wasn’t satisfied with that, I then ordered a Gravy Biscuit and it didn’t have pieces of sausage mixed in it. I used to work for Hardee’s for several years in the Putnam county area and the food was good . I even worked for this Hardee’s around 25 years ago. Now I don’t want to even admit that.

I wanted to leave this review so that anybody coming to the Hardee's in Ocoee Tennessee can know that they're going to be treated with kindness, hospitality, and that they're going to receive great service and delicious food! A morning manger there, her name is Amber, she is phenomenal! She always makes sure that my order is correct whether I get it right online or not, LOL. Ocoee Tennessee is a small town but there's still a lot of people here and that's a lot to remember, but she makes sure that she remembers and takes care of her regulars, as well as making sure each customer is satisfied. Amber, thank you for being such an amazing employee, such an amazing person! You run a great crew up there, you go above and beyond to make sure that your team is working properly and running smoothly and that the customers are satisfied! Ake my day every time it starts out with Hardee's in Ocoee Tennessee 🙌🏽

I recently visited for breakfast and received my order. While the food was satisfactory, I must admit I wasn't particularly impressed with the demeanor of the individual working the drive-through. The way one communicates and presents oneself can significantly impact the overall experience.

This locations breakfast is top notch no offense hardees without it you are a Carl's jr also thanks to the biscuit makers
Stopped in for a snack and ended up with cold fries, cold apple turnovers and soda was not mixed properly.

Cold fries and cold apple pies- the food was absolutely disgusting. They even managed to ruin my coke, they gave me a diet when I ordered a regular Coke. Nothing was decent. If I could get my money back, I would. Don't waste your money at this place.
