The old lady at the front counter with glasses & a tight hair bun was rude to me while taking my order. I heard one of the other ladies call her "Jeanie".I know that she was NOT just having a bad day because after she took my order, she turned her back towards me & whispered something to the younger lady making sandwiches causing them both to laugh, and she was a little less abrupt with the next customer (right after me).While I was sitting in the dining area eating my food that I purchased here, she & her co-workers behind the counter were periodically cutting up & laughing.The purchase that I made as a customer helps to pay her salary, but with her rudeness she is causing customers to not want to return. I do not live over here, but was stopping by as I visited a friend in the area. Next time, I will keep driving & will not be back to this restaurant. I can spend my money at a place that actually treats customers nice.Someone who is rude to people should not be interacting with customers. She needs to be working the grill instead (if you keep her on), where she can not interact with customers & run them off.I hope you take meanie Jeanie off of "customer service" (for your customers sake).

Restaurant was not clean and smelt bad too. After receiving our food (our fries were upside in the bag and fries were everywhere) i went up to the counter and asked for some ketchup. The employee who i believe to be the manager, was taking an order for the drive thru and told them to hold, she then acted very irritated and rolled her eyes when I asked for the ketchup. I was in no hurry and could have waited till she was done. She then handed me a few packets that had leaked and were super sticky. I would not recommend going here as the staff isn't the best and orders are typically wrong.

Ocoee Hardee's is always good, it doesn't matter what you order. The service is always good as well. Unless you have the manager wait on you. She has no personality or people skill what so ever, she has the personality of a rock & always comes across like your wasting her time and that she hates her job & everything to do with it. If it wasn't for her I would have given five stars.Parking: Always easy to find a place to parkKid-friendliness: Whats to say?
