Here's an ideal, in restaurant service, when you come to a table say " welcome to______ my name is____ May I get you started with some drinks?" When a customer ask for something after making eye contact- respond, yes/no that will be just a min etc.... Don't just walk away without acknowledgement... There's more but etiquette class are on Tuesday and the will cost you. Reason for no tip- poor poor communication with your consumers

Nice service, nice food, good ppl. Overall everything is good.
Food was great, service was very challenging. Our server vanished for the longest time after bringing drinks, so it took forever to track him down to put our order in and the they got it wrong. I received beef instead of chicken.

Immediately got Chips and salsa but took 10 mins to order drinks. Waitress came out 15mins after we ordered our food to ask what meat I wanted (ordered Ala cart burritos). Then we sat and watched 2 other tables seated well after us get their food all while being told our food was delayed because of a backup in the kitchen. I understand busy, I understand possible new employees, but I do not tolerate watching others that arrive 15mins after me be served food their food while I have been waiting 40mins for mine. Left w/o eating and won't be back.

I've eaten here in the past and had good experiences, but that last 2 times have been a trainwreck. The staff is completely different from the good days. They haven't got a clue what's going on. The pechuga de Pollo is a great dish.....when you can actually get it. I want to like the place, but this time did it. I won't be back.
