This McDonald's in Ocoee TN is absolutely the cleanest, best McDonald's I've ever been in. The staff were very friendly & our food was soooo good. They deserve an award.

Worst McDonald’s in town. They never get the order right, I’ve ate at this one atleast 15 times because it’s close to my house. Out for those 15 maybe 5 of the times I didn’t have anything wrong. This location you have to check your bag before leaving every. Single. Time. Because they are going to mess it up. And if you tell them they messed up be prepared for them to be offended.
Also, you will wait 15 minutes for your food, if you go inside you better grab a seat, and if you’re in the drive thru be prepared to be told to go to a parking spot and wait for your food.
Awful, will drive the extra 10 minutes from this point forward and go to a different food place.
New management and a whole new team would be required to fix this place, they’re all incompetent.

Don't bother coming here after 3pm, the food is putrid: nuggets were hard as a rock, apples were mush, they lied about not having milk and ice cream, fries were cold, and my quarter pound was cooked on a nasty unclean grill.

Following the placement of my order, I experienced a 15-minute delay before any interaction at the initial service window, where I observed a prolonged period of inaction. Upon proceeding to the subsequent window, I encountered a similar lack of engagement. The transaction was not completed, and no payment was processed. This experience significantly detracted from the expected service speed. Given the inefficient service and the corroborating negative feedback, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I'm certain I've lost hundreds of dollars in missing food from this McDonald's. I think one out of ten orders is correct. Sadly it's this or the Hardee's...that says something about Hardee's.

Worst ever. Ordered 2 fish fllets with very light tartar sauce, both had enough sauce on then to put on 4 more fish, it was disgusting. Why can't your people ever put the fish and 1/2 cheese slice on the bread properly, its always crooked. Ordered a sweet tea but it was not sweet, nothing difficult there, its usually already made just fill the cup. The fries were barely warm so the only decent thing was my diet coke, no ice exactly as ordered. I paid 26$ for this crappy meal, so sick of giving McDonalds good money, more than what the food is worth even when they get the order right but when its all screwed up it makes things even worse. Guess I need to taste my drink, check my sandwiches and see if the fries are hot before I pull away from the drive up window. These workers want to be paid more money and they can't get simple order correct, they need a decrease in pay or at the least have to pay for the meals that they botch. I certainly hope the owner of this particular. McDonalds sees this, maybe he'll care enough to makes some changes.

My hambuger was wrong and had to ask for my drink that was left off. Several others around were complaining of left off food. I overlooked it because I didnt want to wait on another one But then had to turn around wait forever on someone to even acknowledge me standing in front of the counter to get a BBQ sauce, finally just had to interupt and just ask for some. I have low expectation for mcdonald's in general but this is just ridiculous service.

The fries here suck big time! They are always stale. You can tell they recycle the batch cause even when the fries are hot they taste old.

Zachary, was so very kind he waited on me and my husband. We were new to the area and he knew all about the area. We were very excited to have a beautiful kind person to wait on us. McDonald keep kind and polite people working like Zachary. Thank for the fresh coffee and apple 🍎 pie.
