Worst ever. Ordered 2 fish fllets with very light tartar sauce, both had enough sauce on then to put on 4 more fish, it was disgusting. Why can't your people ever put the fish and 1/2 cheese slice on the bread properly, its always crooked. Ordered a sweet tea but it was not sweet, nothing difficult there, its usually already made just fill the cup. The fries were barely warm so the only decent thing was my diet coke, no ice exactly as ordered. I paid 26$ for this crappy meal, so sick of giving McDonalds good money, more than what the food is worth even when they get the order right but when its all screwed up it makes things even worse. Guess I need to taste my drink, check my sandwiches and see if the fries are hot before I pull away from the drive up window. These workers want to be paid more money and they can't get simple order correct, they need a decrease in pay or at the least have to pay for the meals that they botch. I certainly hope the owner of this particular. McDonalds sees this, maybe he'll care enough to makes some changes.

This is quite literally the only McDonalds I eat at. Good customer service, warm food, and their ice cream machine is always working.

My hambuger was wrong and had to ask for my drink that was left off. Several others around were complaining of left off food. I overlooked it because I didnt want to wait on another one But then had to turn around wait forever on someone to even acknowledge me standing in front of the counter to get a BBQ sauce, finally just had to interupt and just ask for some. I have low expectation for mcdonald's in general but this is just ridiculous service.

The fries here suck big time! They are always stale. You can tell they recycle the batch cause even when the fries are hot they taste old.

Zachary, was so very kind he waited on me and my husband. We were new to the area and he knew all about the area. We were very excited to have a beautiful kind person to wait on us. McDonald keep kind and polite people working like Zachary. Thank for the fresh coffee and apple 🍎 pie.

No shamrock shakes in March? Really. Ordered the 2 for $5, was charged full price. Had to tell the cashier they were 2 for 5 before paying, otherwise he would have gladly overcharged us. The fish sandwiches were NOT made with a filet o fish quality patty. It was a thin, overcooked, square fish patty from dollar tree or great value, definitely not quality. They used a cheeseburger bun toasted or placed on the cook top which was tough to even bite through and not the correct taste or texture for a filet o fish. Horrible, do better.

So I go through the drive through tonight and it was taking forever. When I finally got my food I asked the guy at the window and I was told that it was only him and one other guy trying to do everything. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was stepped out. I believe he said the managers name was mason. I think they need to have better management.
Fries were old and cold. Burger 🍔 & Sprite was fine. I spent $33.00 on 3 combos with bad fries. I won't stop here again.

Food - 2 stars, mediocre at best. Some how you wait for 30 minutes and your food still comes out cold.
Service - 1 star. Even when placing a mobile order, they can’t seem to have it ready when I arrive 20 minutes later.
