Ordered a nugget meal with a caramel frappe. The frappe was fine. The fries were barely lukewarm and over salted. The nuggets were hard and they shorted me two, only gave me 8. It was clear they didn't want to cook anything so I was given what was already made which was old, cold and sat out too long. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken mcnugget happy meal and a big Mac. Got home and no chicken mcnuggets or sauce. The rest of the order was correct. I had a very disappointed 5 year old.

I went there today they drive thru and order a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and got my food had to turn around cause it only had meat cheese and mayo didn't have lettuce or tomato. So they gave me another but the same kind of sandwich except it had onions and no lettuce and no tomato. The fries were cold.. first time ever having this problem It has always been fresh but not today.. ? Good way to lose me as a customer.

I was the only person in the place and waited some 10 minutes for a quarter pounder with cheese meal.When it arrived, the burger was haphazardly thrown into the cardboard container.There were no napkins, salt or pepper out. When I asked for some, I was given some napkins and pepper: one packet of which was filthy. I was told there was no salt.I will not return to this place again.

I placed a mobile order and got here right as the menu changed from breakfast to lunch. There were a few hiccups, but the general manager got us completely taken care of. He had our food made and made sure we were completely taken care of!
