Over all this is my favorite Dunkin.The service is always nice and they keep stuff clean but like some other dunkins, when I order a cold brew sometimes I get ice coffee and I can definitely tell the difference. It doesn't taste as good as cold brew and it upsets my stomach where Cold brew doesn't. Also, ice coffee is cheaper than cold brew so I feel like I'm getting cheated.If you're out of cold brew, just say it and offer an ice latte or something instead.

I was walking up to the front door on the sidewalk outside and happened to catch the guy at the register hitting a yellow vape. He immediately put it down/away and looked really guilty 😂 Pretty sure that’s against food safety codes!
Other than that the two donuts and large coffee I ordered were fine, and the guy was nice enough. Service was fast too. The vape thing was gross though.

If I pay for extra caramel in my coffee, that’s what I expect to receive and I don’t have time to go back and forth. I order online for a reason. This location has messed up my coffee too many times, will probably be my last time ordering here.

Had an online order, once I got there placed another order for hashbrowns and ham cheese croissant stuffed roll. Both other croissants ordered were cold. The order I placed at the store was supposed to be a ham cheese stuffed croissant roll received some nasty southwestern type wrap. Spent total of $28.34 spent.
Ordered uber eats half order missing because they didn’t have in stock what I did receive was substituted items that were not edible tried to call but no number available or answered
