Drive thru at least once a week for a sausage, egg, & cheese on a croissant. Awesome!

Food is always lukewarm at best and not prepared with any care. Charge a lot for those sandwiches and then it’s mostly bread with little filling inside. Also, the most recent time they didn’t have donuts. How is that even possible?Very disappointing. Finally get a location close to home and it’s terrible.

I go here all the time but when I went here yesterday for a mobile order I came to the window as usual and I thought they were closed because I did not see anyone so I honked my horn and nothing. So as I decided to just walk in I see that there is a guy inside so I honked my horn 2 times and nothing. Sadly this guy was so into his phone that he did not pay any attention. When i came in he did not even hear me so I stood there for about 30 sec and then said "Hey are yall open " he quickly jumps and runs to the back to get a women to attend me. The lady was back there washing dishes and he did nothing. Instead of helping the lady he just says sorry I was on my phone and disappears.

I love this Dunkin i go here everyday on the way to work and have no issues. Never any wait and my food and coffee is always on point. Don’t understand why there is people hating on here cause this Dunkin is the best one I’ve ever been to and I’ve been going to Dunkin for at least 5 years almost everyday.

I really hope this place turns it around. I've gone 3 times in the morning to get food and a coffee. I've not had an issue with the drink, but the food has been not even close to acceptable. The hashbrowns (which I normally love) were very soggy and not edible. The other time, I got a breakfast sandwich that was not close to warm. I feel like the employees just don't care about quality.

Corporate chain with a local feel! That’s the Old Hickory Village Way! I love this Dunkin’! The people, the location, and cleanliness! The employees really make this location to a 5 star! Nicole and Jasmine are ROCKSTARS! Both are always cheerful and extremely kind. Jasmine’s smile brightens my day. I love the music.Parking: Plenty!Kid-friendliness: Clean, spacious, and accommodating.

Every time I've visited this new location my drink has been made wrong.... apparently they can't read or wasn't trained properly... I always get a med or large iced coffee..and the sticker clearly tells the person making the coffee 3 creams 3 French vanilla swirls... yet they never get it right .. and I don't understand how someone gets mad or gets an attitude when you mention something isn't made right... that's your job... and I'm specifically talking about the lead or who ever she is the African American woman that multi task.... she specifically made my coffee wrong... no French vanilla... and she had a snarkey attitude... overt with it... I had to ask for my French vanilla swirl in a small cup to add myself. I was happy about this location opening but due to the fact that they can't seem to or don't care to make drinks accurately I don't even think I will visit this location..It's sad that a place newly opened and the employees seem to already have an attitude... dunkin should invest in going fully automated...

After having a terrible experience at the Lebanon, TN location we stopped at this location to try the hyped Avocado Toast, which by the way is great! We decided to go through the drive thru. People we’re wearing masks, people we’re helpful friendly kind and courteous, what you expect and deserved when you give it back. We will tell everyone here to go to this location instead of the Lebanon, TN location. By the way no one here was rolling there eyes and giving attitude.

I came through the Lebanon dunkin this morning after working 4 12 hour over night shifts and needed a pick me up for my commute home. I was asked if I was a Healthcare worker (I had scrubs on) I said that I work in Veterinary medicine. I was given a free coffee since today is Healthcare workers day. while this may not seem like a big deal to most, it was a big deal to me (many do not acknowledge veterinary staff to be Healthcare workers because we don't work with humans). I was also thanked for the work that i do. So thank you Lebanon dunkin for making this exhausted veterinary technician feel important and like my profession matters.

Just left here and we had such a sweet drive thru employee helping us! He had the biggest smile on and was so courteous and nice. Made my morning! Thanks!
