Food was great, service was excellent. I would have loved to have had more hashbrowns as the serving size was quite small, but it was cooked perfectly. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the burger was juicy & delicious.

We were in the Hermitage area and decided to take a chance on this place. It was out first visit. My friend ordered the patty melt and really enjoyed it. She also ordered a molasses ginger cookie which she really liked.
I ordered the Chop Chop Salad. I was disappointed as it was described to have candied pecans, apples, strawberries, and craisins. I did enjoy the candied pecans, but there was no evidence of the other three items. I ordered the lemon meringue pie for dessert. Other than the crust being easy too thick, it was amazing! The meringue was very well done and delicate.
We will go back some day and i hope my order matches the description on the menu.

I frequent this diner alot. My normal review would have been 5 stars. However we recently stopped for lunch , the portion size to upgrade to onion rings should be reconsidered. We payed an additional 2.99 to get onion ring instead of fries. I was surprised when his plate came out with 4 onion rings.

A favorite spot for my family! Food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and quick! Their baked goods are made in house and you can tell- don’t miss the cinnamon rolls and biscuits on the weekends.

Start with the pie! The individual apple pie was a perfect start with hot decaf, and then get the chicken fried chicken or steak — you will be delighted with the flavor, portion, and service!
I love the Flat Tire Diner. It has quickly become my go to neighborhood favorite. I’m a breakfast anytime person and love their menu. Their omelets are the best. Also their Cinnamon Rolls are a must.

Delicious food, made from scratch. Homemade English muffins and strawberry jam, etc. Biscuits and benedicts are great, and OJ is fresh squeezed. Even on a Saturday morning at around 9:45, the wait for four was only about 20 minutes. For me, it’s the best diner-style breakfast in Nashville.
