I can only say that contrary to what I've heard. We were given excellent service at the drive through. The food was boxed and quickly handed out that window with a smile. We went home and chowed down on some hot fresh Taco Bell. The sauces we asked for were in there. Along with eating utensils and napkins.Job well done.

What happened to you guys, restaurant was awesome a while back and now it's horrible. Service is horrible, food poorly packaged all stuffed into 1 bag even though they were lux boxes. The gray headed 20 year old working the drive thru need a better attitude. If she hates the job, just quit. No one needs your negative energy. I'm finally done with this location do I have to start going back to Hendersonville to get decent service. December 4, 2025

We came in the store at 9:50 pm not one person came to even greet us and I even asked loudly is anyone was going to come I was told yeah and no one ever came and we finally ordered our order on the kiosk and our order was brought to us and dropped on the counter and the girl walked off when I asked Who the manager was she told me, Cameron. Cameron finally came to our table and asked if I asked for him. I told him no I was contacting corporate. He said I told him no one came. He obviously knew because he is back there making orders. He said he thought we were making our order on the kiosk no I asked loudly where he could hear. Was anyone gonna come take our order this was the poorest service ever and if I could post the video of us sitting at the counter I would

Ordered on the app. At the order area, i was informed that even though I had already ordered, they would not be making any food for at least 15 minutes. I am done, how rude. McDonald's gave us food within 3 minutes and it was fresh and delicious. Deleted my Taco Bell app.

Great service and great food. Everyone has been very nice, and my food is always correct. They’re never busy when I go, which means the service is usually fast.
