Unfortunately lol I'm here 5 to 6 times a week... I can't get enough - the app is easy to use, food is great and their rewards keep me coming back. My tenant tells me I'm keeping them in business! 95% of the time, my order is perfect! That other 5% there are things missing: food, napkins, utensils, sauces etc. I usually go thru the drive thru - when this happens ill run inside and grab napkins or sauces or utensils. The other day I got home and noticed a few things missing. I called the store and the manager was pretty great. Told me to take down his name(unique name) and he would tell his employees to compensate me next time I came. A day later, made a mobile order, get to the drive thru, tell them what happened and the lady said oh ya, I'll put that in the bag for you.
Went on 8/10/24 at 502 pm roughly. The light skin girl, sounded super depressed and irritated while taking my order. Then was playing on her phone while standing at the window as well. Felt uncomfortable and unappreciated ?. As a former drive thru worker, never play on your phone infront of a customer.

I only go here for the convenience of its proximity to my home and its late hours. Often I don't get home until late from work and most places are closed near my home. The food is usually pretty good. The attitude of one young lady, however, makes me want a peanut butter and jelly from my house instead. The same lady has been rude on multiple occasions. After a long day of work, the last thing I want when I am spending my hard earned dollars for sustenance is to have someone be abrasive and curt with me. I likely won't be back until this person realizes she is not fit for hospitality and chooses another form of employment.

The staff you have working on the night shift are rude and very unprofessional/ disrespectful. What ever happened to customer service and not letting employees act disrespectful. Ten years ago they would be fired for their behavior but there is usually no consequences to their actions anymore... I will never be back to this location ever again until they are fired!!

It's still pretty new, and there is never a long wait. Easy to place an order online and pick up at the window. The staff is super nice. Food is always good. Sometimes they have given me an extra taco, which was cool. And if there is ever a mix up, they are always so chill and helpful
It is always great and speedy, with late hours, for when everyone else is closed after 10 pm for us 3rd shift workers looking for food.
