I can only say that contrary to what I've heard. We were given excellent service at the drive through. The food was boxed and quickly handed out that window with a smile. We went home and chowed down on some hot fresh Taco Bell. The sauces we asked for were in there. Along with eating utensils and napkins.Job well done.
I gave them four stars I would have gave them five stars but I paid for extra steak on my quesadilla and I did not receive it and I made it home did not want to drive back to that location
New Taco Bell in Old Hickory. It is usually very good. Sometimes I've had not so great service at the drive thru window but mostly smiling faces. Was better when it first opened, but I understand why they wouldn't always be so chipper. So I don't think much of it. Food is always hot and fresh.
