I had such a great experience at Hardee’s thanks to Ethan! He went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right and came out quickly. Ethan was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s not often you come across someone who provides that level of customer service at a fast-food restaurant, but Ethan really stood out. Hardee’s is lucky to have him on their team—I’ll definitely be coming back because of the awesome service!

This night crew on tuesdays is always amazing. I come all the way to coalfield from east knoxville once a week to take care of my grandmother and i stop here on the way back home and they never disappoint. They know my order by heart and that's how you can tell they really love what they do. Kirren is always the nicest and super good to talk to she asked me to write this review today i told her i would love to. COME HERE AT NIGHT FOR SOME AWESOME BURGERS

Twice I have ordered online and not get all I paid for and don’t bother calling no one ever answers the phone instead you get nobody is available goodbye then hangs up I will gladly go out of my way to go to Oak Ridge because I’m done with this place
