Tried to go through drive though and it was down, went inside, no hello nothing was told I couldn’t park where I was parked even though I was the only customer there. Really weird vibe so I left!

I hadn't seen this lady in awhile. She greeted me as I came in the door and said As much, about not seeing me in a minute or two. Told her i've been in quite a bit but she hadn't been there I always got a good sandwich. From the ladies at work there. And she makes. It really really good with her . Really enjoy going in and seeing that There working.

Nasty!!!!! And the one making the sandwiches didn’t listen to nothing! Sandwich wasn’t made correctly and after we got home it was absolutely disgusting!! Never again! And we live across the street, it really could be a convenient place to eat.

Sat in the drive through 30 min didn’t have time to go in after working a 12 hr shift, the guy answers finally and states we’re slammed inside it’ll be 20 mins? After I’ve already waited. He finally comes back on to the speaker and says what bread would I like? Attitude that I was even at the window then askes me what meats not what is your order?? I mean I know places are busy and he was by himself but at the same time you can’t multitask why are you even at this job? So after waiting over an hr still with no food mind you I finally pull around to the window and he says bare with me naw I pulled off. I will never come back to this location

We got two sandwiches at the Oliver Springs Subway on the night of 10-5-2024. Our server was Dalton and he was working solo and did a fantastic job. Our sandwiches were good and Dalton was nice. We'll visit again soon. FIVE STARS!!!

There should be some adult supervisor at this store. Some one to maintain inventory to ensure they have items such as bread and meat. Always out of something. Service is slow, way below expectations. I will drive to Oak Ridge before stopping here again.

ordered online a hot sub got there early my sub was sitting on counter not all the way made while the person was taking another order witch was 3 sandwich and a pizza and finished the others order and then asked me if If I was the online order and what I wanted on it they said they heated the meat on my order but I got it and it was cold and not edible

Went in order 3 subs 1 girl started making my sandwiches then asked the other girl to help her which she walked over and started gloving up before washing hands and started to make sandwiches and didn’t hang her FaceTime up and some other kid comes in getting cups of water idk if he worked there or not and walking in and out. The bar looked rough with little to no prep work done. I usually don’t have an issue with it being clean or professional but today the training was not shown to them. Seemed more worried about sitting down and being on the phone or hiding instead of doing job
