Why am I placing a mobile order 5 minutes before I arrive, to sit off to the side for another 20 minutes and wait for the food to be made and brought out.

Everytime i order coffee i have to pull to the side and wait for it. The last 3 times i have ordered its not even correct. They forget the sugar or the cream, and this time the vanilla was so strong i couldn't even drink the coffee, i didn't even order vanilla in my coffee. What is so hard about coffee with cream and sugar?

Young girl at the window was a smart ass keep on making remarks that she didn’t make the mobile app to get my code she took the code but messed it up went to pay and she was hella rude and then another girl came to the window and was being a smart ass and the girl that took my order was like she’s leaving she’s leaving talking to me. She messed my order up for 1 and then 2 she was rude very rude. It was uncalled for for sure. They need to do better! All of this was ridiculous!

Went to drive thru to order desert for the family. I ordered 6 sundaes. The order went well till someone left their mic on and says brah you serious. As a customer bringing business to this place I wasn't lovin' it. I spoke to the manager in the window, like I notice in this town, people wanted to be nosey. The manager acted careless about the situation. The sundaes were not filled all the way. They were worried more about drive thru time more than the service. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to be valued as a customer. What is going on with this town!! My little 8 year old even said that's rude can we just go to Wendy's lol sad
