Pizza hut cooks don't understand even if you physically tell them they still don't comprehend what it means when you tell them to put extra cheese on your pizza!!

I bought my toddler son a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut in Oneida, Tennessee and literally half of the pizza didn't have cheese or meat.

The wife and I just moved to the area. I must say, this is the first time we have ever eaten in a Pizza Hut that was THIS GOOD! The people were friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was hot and fresh, and everything was delicious! You could feel the extra attention to detail and the level of care in every bite. Overall amazing experience, and we will most definitely be back!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, had crayons and coloring books for the younger customers!
Orders are always correct and staff is always friendly.

Our local pizza hut in oneida is great but the call center we were sent to when they were unable to pickup hangup up on me twice. First time they I couldn't understand them and kept breaking up. I'm at home so wasn't on my end. So she hang up on me. Then when I called back got someone different I was trying to get my kids order correct and guess she got in patient cause I heard a click and looked she hung up on me too. Both sound like they didn't have a good day but shouldn't take it out on there customers.

Everyone make sure to check your pizzas before you leave. The last 4 out of 5 times we have ordered carryout from there they have messed up our order. Evidently reading special instructions and checking your work isn't required for employment in the cooking department......I understand a mistake every once in a while but this is getting utterly ridiculous especially seeing how much they cost.

We been standing to be waited to be seated. Been standing for 5 mins finally got seated . Food was messed up. Had to wait for our food to get it right.

My husband, myself, and 4 of our children came in and ordered 2 orders of wings, breadsticks, and 2 medium pizzas. We sat at our table for 45 minutes before we even got the wings, one of them were not correct sauce We asked for. Then after a total of 1 hour and 35 minutes of being inside of the restaurant, we still hadn't received the rest of the food. When I asked how much longer it's going to be, I was told that they were putting it in now, do I want to wait on it l....no I've already been here an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous.
