First time I had been there since highschool. Great food, service, and good amount of food for the price. Only thing I would change is that the spaghetti didn't have enough sauce. I asked for extra and they brought it to me quickly. That makes it perfect. Thanks to the staff.
Went to pick up a call-in order this time. (Another visit) They were really busy so it took a little while to get my order. The food was good so it was worth the extra wait time. Thanks to everyone for the good food.

Everything out of a can and completely unseasoned. Restaurant has potential but someone needs to learn how to cook. Bone in Ribeye with zero bone and again completely unseasoned.

The potato skins, fries and burger were great the steak had little to no taste at all. It took a long time to get the food. If you have plenty of time and just want a burger and fries it will be good.

Drove 2 hours to eat only to have 4 drinks poured on me. Half apology. So they cleaned the table while we waited and waited. Then we had to move tables. My 87 year old uncle fell and tore a chunk from his arm. No employee tried to help and NEVER asked if he was OK. I finally asked for a bandage since the napkins weren't stopping the bleeding. I paid full price for my meal even though my steak was so tough and I was freezing from being soaked. Called the manager TWICE. Never even got an apology. I should have at least got a free appetizer or anything. None of this is our fault. Never again

We were a fan. A 2 hour fan. Never again. We ordered 4 drinks, waitress poured all 4 drinks on me. I was saturated. I was so cold when I finally got my food I couldn't eat it. No apology and paid full price. My potato had a hole dug out so I assume it had a bad spot removed. My steak was tough. Plus worse my 87 year old uncle fell over the fireplace and tore a chunk from his arm. Bleeding and no one offered to help him up or even asked about him. We wrapped napkins over his arm. I asked for a bandage. Got it but still never asked if he was OK. Paid full price for our meals. Called the manager twice, no response. No apology. I was hoping to at least get an apology. Guess our business doesn't matter. So that's the kind of people you are dealing with.

We were very pleased with Preston's food and service. One of the best steaks I've eaten in a long time, my wife ate the grilled chicken and she loved it. The waitress was so pleasant. Plenty to eat

Wife's fish sandwich had spoiled or just bad tarter sauce on it, she had to throw it in the trash. First time for bad food from Preston's.

We ordered sirloin steaks, baked potato , both were cold, steaks had no flavor at all, obviously no seasoning was used, my wife could not eat hers, I had to drown mine in A1 just to get it down. Also never order the fried pickles-they are so thin-mostly breading, could not even taste the pickles. Basically we paid $52, for a salad which was upcharged $3.99, some broccoli which was cold, water and a few rolls. And because we paid with a card we were charged another $1.50. We will not be back.
