This is the worst sonic I have ever been too. I have been to this one about 8-10 times and 6/10 times it has been a horrible experience. Today we order milkshakes and the staff got lazy and chose to add the favors and not mix it. Try drinking straight up cheese cake favor absolutely disgusting. My husband literally threw up. The staff are always rude and lazy. I hate this place. Never recommend

As an out of town guy I needed a quick bite so I pulled into this sonic, When before I could get my order off, I was told that they would have to do their job and cook the food, I know crazy right? I mean it was probably a shocker when I pulled in to order food and actually got food but oh well hopefully the guy working tonight’s shift on 05/16/25 10:39pm with the black beard doesn’t get any more customers I’d hate for him to be over worked.

Sonic used to be a great place to go when it first came to our county(Scott) years ago! Now if we stop something is always wrong! We heard management had changed again so we bit the bullet and went thru drive thru to get drinks. Woman in grey van ahead of us placed her order than had conversation with worker on order device. As we finally put in our order for two drinks we pulled around. There was a car ahead of van in front of us and worker came out with grey vans order and began a talking party— no one was at window now but female worker kept talking to female van driver while we are waiting and waiting. The female worker went back in finally and went to window and the grey van pulled up to window and they start laughing and talking again for what seemed like forever while we are waiting again! We and 4 more patrons are waiting to be served! Seemed like five more minutes then finally we get to window where a male then waited on us! He asked us if we needed anything else and I mentioned the female and the wait!!! All he said was “I know what you mean” ! Order wrong also ! One drink was wrong, as usual! We will not recommend Sonic here ever!!!!! Signed Angrry!

Definitely take the time to download and order in the Sonic app. There are discounts and specials in the app that aren't available ordering at the location. The service was fast and the car hop was very friendly. You can also tip when ordering in the app. The drinks were delicious and refreshing especially on a hot day. I definitely recommend this location and will be back.

I’ve managed a sonic at a different location for 3 years , this is by far the worst sonic I have ever been too , the food is nasty and the drinks are almost always flat , also some advice if your not gonna have stuff ready when you open then maybe your workers should show up early or maybe open later??♀️
