I was having trouble with the app submitting my order, I went inside and asked for help. There were two workers, a older woman and a woman that was maybe mid 30s or so. The older worker was very helpful and nice, she helped me place my order and even helped me with a coupon for a free sub. The other woman got my ticket and started making my subs. I ordered extra meat on one, I sat and watched her make the subs and she didn't add the extra meat I just paid for. So I nicely went up to the counter and asked if she added the extra meat and I got ignored. So I spoke out again and said mam I don't think my extra meat was added. She sighed and said ugh, excuse me what?! (Very hateful)I said I'm not trying to be rude but I paid for extra meat and you didn't put it on there, can you add it? The older worker looked at the recipt and said yes she paid for extra meat and you need to fix it, she apologized for the lady reading over it. I said it's okay, I just don't want to pay for something not get it and then catch attitude for asking for it. The lady that made my subs smushed my bottom part of the bread so hard that it didn't even look like I had a bottom half to my sub. All my veggies fell out in the wrapper because there was nothing keeping them held inside. After digging, I finally pulled and tugged my bread enough that I fixed my sub back to how it should have been so I could actually eat it. Not a good experience at all.

Look, the 2 stars is definitely NOT because of the attitude of staff or the quality of the food. Chips weren't stocked (not sure if they had more options in back but girls were so busy I didn't ask), no cookies at all (it was just start of lunch time) and fountain drink machine down so girls had to get ice from the back and hand me bottled refreshments. Its fine but I just had higher expectations for Subway.

Lettuce was wilty and pink in my salad.
I ordered 2 salads for me and my coworker they got them both wrong then when my coworker called to tell them cindy was very rude to her and told her that we didn't ask for certain things we are paying customers they didn't need to be rude
