I gave them two stars because twice I've been shorted on my order. It makes me angry. Since it's not a human taking the orders it's been messed up.

The food was so cold and gross when I ordered earlier this evening. The employees were rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this establishment.

The worst meal I have paid for in a while.The frosty are a joke runny not frosty runny! My Baconator had bacon that I couldn't chew.The driest one I have had ever 30.00 bucks for food that was old dry and just a waste of money. I hope you get it back to opening day soon Or you will be one more no stop on the road to nowhere.

My favorite thing to get here is baked potatoes. I order it with no cheese sauce, extra shredded cheese, sour cream and butter. They can’t put the condiments on the potato itself, but one thing that I love is how the staff heats it up for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Service is kind, but messing up orders happens sometimes. I hate the AI drive through, but a trick I learned is asking the AI to let you speak to an employee.
Sometimes I order a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo only and they never got it wrong to this day.
Ordered Dave’s burger at drive through, ask for NO MAYONNAISE OR KETCHUP. I didn’t get either but I got a large amount of mustard. When did no mayonnaise or ketchup Mean I want a large amount of mustard. I want be back to Oneida Wendy’s every again!!’nn

My roommate works at Wendy's I called in a mobile order and tried to get a hold of her to have her pick it up and bring it home for me well the girl that answered the phone was hateful and a smart aleck then she called me back and told me she called her manager and they her manager said she couldn't do that she was rude the entire time she was on the phone with me and I think that it's stupid that it was even done that way
