Cashier at window was rude. I told her I was missing half my order and she rolled her eyes and told me everything was in the bag. I politely said no ma'am, this is what I am missing. Eventually, got my entire order. Staff needs to be checking order before handing it out the window and to catch a better attitude!

Stood for 15mins waiting to order while the cashier ran around on their phone and ate fries then when someone else did start taking our order it was halfway done they walked away and stood for another 5 mins for someone else to come take it

Only complaint is the English muffins are so hard they hurt your teeth when you try to bite it and chew. I have ordered on 3 diffeent occasions and it's like that each time unfortunately

Bought 2 bacon stack biggy bags, both fries were ice cold, half of my nuggets out of one of the packages were just gone and the rest of the nuggets were lukewarm, burgers was eh at best

Only issue I had was getting home and finding one of my sandwiches incomplete. I ordered 2 triples with cheese. One was fine, but the other was meat and cheese only. No pickles, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion. I'm not even sure if it had ketchup on it. Seems like it would be difficult to make that big a mistake. Details, people! It is my first time going to the new Wendy's & the 3rd day they have been open. I ordered 3 meals and some extra drinks (frosty's). The service was great and the two workers I interacted with were really nice and seemed to like their new jobs. I am glad we have another food selection in our town. The cars were lined up down the road and across in the turning lane. The parking lot was full and I actually sat in line for and hour before I could even order. Thanks Wendy's it was worth the wait for my family.
