Ordered 6 hot chocolate and 2 of the mediums were only half full. Looked for a number to call to see if I could just get a credit for it but they don't have a number for the Paris branch. The hot chocolate taste good but I didn't get to drink mine because I split it between my children so they could have theirs. I will change review if they rectify the issue.

They are always getting my order wrong and dont listen. Asked for a matcha frappe with mint syrup and whip topping. They gave me the cloud 9 drink which has lavender in it and im allergic to lavender so i cant even drink it so thats money wasted. Not the first time they have messed up my order. It seems like the person in charge should train her people to listen and give what the customer wants not what they want to give
Good coffee, but the girl with short black hair and face piercings needs to either only make coffees or get a different job if she’s going to treat customers the way she talked to me. I pulled up to the line and she doesn’t even greet me, just says “ what do you want” when I asked what a popular holiday drink is, she rolled her eyes and said “Um I don’t know…. Santa’s cookie.” I then asked what was in the drink and whether it was better or hot or iced she gave me another eye roll and told me like I was burdening her with my questions. I understand it’s cold outside, but I’ve never been treated that way at a 7 brew before when it’s been even colder outside.

I live in Maryland but I grew up in Paris. My sister and I are here for Thanksgiving and were surprised to see a 7Brew in the Kroger parking lot. We both love coffee, but neither of us had ever been to 7Brew. But I knew they were growing fast and popular so we swung in. We were a couple cars back and there really isn’t a menu to view there but the attendant got one for us. I got a basic vanilla latte and Melody got a Sweet and Salty, both iced. The drinks were really good although I thought they were a bit pricey for a rural Tennessee town. Regardless, we will probably go every day this week due to the convenience and quality. I think they are still working out some of the new business kinks but the business model is sound, the product very good, and the location spot on for a drive-through coffee place. I really hope the franchise owner great success in Paris and his new business.
