Finally, the girl come to the table and seem like she didn’t really have no type of personality got fried pickles for appetizer they were greasy the breading fell off ordered a Reuben and fries they put my Reuben on bread not toast not grilled just cold bread. The fries look like the grease hasn’t been changed in months I’m a waitress. I work at a restaurant I don’t know if everywhere serves Ruben on bread but I’ve never heard of that done so when I got home I grilled it and it was awesome but you might need to change your oil for your fries. Very disappointed the first time I ate there. It was wonderful.

Finally found after 5 years in TN and excellent Chicago style restraunt. We lived in Chicago all our life and had Uno's, Lou's, Giordianos, etc.. only wish you cudopen a restraunt closer to us in Oakfield,TN we desperately need a great Chicago restraunt not a wannabee restraunt of Chicago style which is so inconsistent one time good then 3othrr times worse and worse. Ty Aces for being a " true Chicago Restraunt".

Had a burger not bad over cooked the French fries the worst I’ve ever had not golden brown crispy but old oil black mushy will not eat there

Food took over an hour and all we ordered was sandwiches, nuggets, and nachos. Our waitress was very good, but the management left her high and dry. Instead of the manager coming to our table to apologize for the wait that poor waitress was sent to us to tell us the food was comp'd and apologized again. They had randoms hanging out at the bar who obviously worked there, but were drinking. Food was disgusting and luke warm at best. Deeply disappointed.

Loved the food and the staff was on point with drinks and our order. Didn't take more than 20 minutes for 2 hand made pizzas to arrive at our table.Kid-friendliness: Was a very colorful place with sports on the TVs that I think older kids would enjoy.

Great food, even better waitress, and a fun place.Dietary restrictions: The waitress was very knowledgeable concerning allergies and cross-contamination, and the kitchen took EXTRA precautions to protect us.

This place is really good. This is actually the first time I had a proper Chicago deep dish and it did not disappoint. Taking it home and warming it up in the oven was even more of a good idea since it gave the crust a satisfying crunch and it seemed to lessen the amount of grease. The sides we got were also pretty good. The buffalo wings were really good.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building.

Tatanka burger was great without the BBQ sauce. My husband's was ok, with the BBQ sauce. Minus the hair on the other half that he opted not to eat. We never got our chef salads. Food came out at random times, some of us without food, while others of us, had already finished theirs. Onion rings came out after we'd finished our burgers but we had to ask for them. We had to ask and flag our waitress down, for every single little thing. Ranging from tea sweetener, napkins, down to silverware. Even getting a refill took an eternity. Bare in mind there were HOT peppers on most of our food. So misery had set in. We drove an hour and a half to try it. Sucky experience, won't go back, but we tried it!
