Everything was good except the batter on the chicken. I don't know when this changed but nobody ever batters chicken with cornmeal. Yuck go back to the old recipe, please.

I placed an big order a couple of days ago all of the fish and coslaw was missing I live an hour away so I called being upset because I have picky eaters and it being so late wasn't like I could just go back that night , I was told they would put my name in "the book" for the whole order came back tonight to try again , apparently my name was never put in the book at all and then after all that proving I had placed the order etc just to literally be handed just the fish and coslaw like I wouldn't have wasted the gas if they weren't gonna keep their word it would be the whole order considering our whole dinner was ruined when I showed up at home with captain ds and literally no fish , they were to busy trying to put it on the one employee who handed me my food and making me prove I placed the order to even realize it was for the whole meal I use to go here all the time , mins you I have a big family it's always a big bill but I will be spending it else where this was childish and ridiculous and now I still yet again have to refigure out the dinner plan thanks a lot 👏

After witnessing a total crap fest with another customer and waiting patiently for almost 10 minutes for that to resolve while 3 employees stood behind the counter not waiting on others, we ordered to go. We then waited for another 10 minutes and watched multiple drive thru orders go out. I asked for a refund at that point and the twit behind the counter actually asked me if I had ever worked fast food. No apology for the wait. Nothing but attitude. UNACCEPTABLE. 20 minutes is not FAST FOOD.

Ordered for takeout from the Paris, Tenn location. First my order wasn’t right and I only ordered 2 plates. Pretty simple you would think. Food tasted like (and looked)as if it had been sitting out awhile and slightly rewarmed. Fish wasn’t a golden brown as expected. I had to cook in oven once I got home to try and salvage. I have always loved Captain Ds hush puppies but these weren’t fit to eat. VERY disappointed and not worth the money spent. Even though I have enjoyed this location for years, I won’t be back.
