Food was horrible. Was told they were making fresh fries yet my fries tasted stale and were cold. For the long wait we had it was very disappointing.

We went through the drive through tonight and ordered one strawberry sundae and one small cherry dipped cone.
When the guy at the window was done playing and throwing paper wads at the other employee we received our ice cream after 15 minutes.
The sundae was fine other than a very small amount of strawberries but the dipped cone was ridiculous!
Had it not been my daughter’s ice cream we would have requested a refund.
He handed it out of the window with the cherry dripping down his hand on to his wrist.
When we asked for an extra cup and napkins it seemed to be crazy that we even asked.
Very disappointed.

I've never been to a Dairy Queen before that ran out of bananas and hot fudge and then when we ordered a dip cone they only dipped about half of it And the dip was extremely thin We were not happy at all

Quite honestly, I’m shocked this location has a 3.8-star rating.
When we walked in, there were no other customers, yet it still took a considerable amount of time to receive our ice cream. The Banana Split Blizzard had to be remade three times—and as shown in the video, it was still extremely runny. This video was taken the moment I got to my car within a minute and a half of receiving it.
When I voiced my concern, Kaitlyn, no name tag, I had to ask (who claimed to be the manager) responded with, “I know what I’m doing, I’ve worked here for five years,” while the rest of the staff stood nearby laughing.
As I was walking out the door, Kaitlyn sarcastically yelled, “You have a great day!” — completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
Ironically, there’s a list of customer service rules posted as you enter. Instead of expecting customers to read and rate the store based on them, perhaps the staff should be required to read—and actually follow—them.

Drive through person was friendly and very efficient. The ice cream was delicious. Hamburgers did not taste good and made us not feel good. We waited over eight minutes for our food after we got to the drive through window.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with this Dairy Queen! The late night staff are so nice and helpful! They accommodated my requests for a shake not on the menu, and a side of bacon! The atmosphere was wonderful, and I cannot emphasize enough how kind the staff were!!!!

Spent $31.56 today. First of all we realized we were short a cheese burger deluxe. Went back in to correct order. In its place they gave us a small regular (No deluxe with catsup and 4 pickles only. (We requested no pickles), charged us $5.99! The deluxe price. We didn't realize how badly they messed up our order untill we were home.The food was cold even the bun was cold bread. I suggest you save yor money. Very unhappy with this place of business.
