Spent $31.56 today. First of all we realized we were short a cheese burger deluxe. Went back in to correct order. In its place they gave us a small regular (No deluxe with catsup and 4 pickles only. (We requested no pickles), charged us $5.99! The deluxe price. We didn't realize how badly they messed up our order untill we were home.The food was cold even the bun was cold bread. I suggest you save yor money. Very unhappy with this place of business.

Be careful in the evening. My order has been wrong numerous times and they are very rude. I used to live this place but now I only go if whomever I'm with wants to eat there.

Literally the worst DQ my wife and I have ever been too. First time we got fossilized onion rings, and ice cream was half melted. Went again my wife ordered her milk shake extra thick and it was still runny, I got a regular one and it was borderline milk. Something needs to be done about the ice cream.

My burger looks like it's a day old. I spent $30 on this dinner for my wife and I and we only ate the cheese curds. Pretty bad.

I tried to work here as a manager. I lasted three days no more than fifteen hours. Worst experience i've ever had in the food industry. Quality control is no concern to this establishment. Customer service is of no concern. Respecting co workers is of no concern. Training is of no concern. I've never seen anything like it to be honest. I worked And realized I'd never wanted my name on something so unprofessional. And flat out ignorant. I realized very quickly that when the top don't care how can I. Or anyone else for that matter. My suggestion is to go to dairy delight.Or any other fast food because this is not the way to go.

Will never go back to this place. Place smells of something horrible. Was out of almost everything. The burgers tasted nasty. Couldn't refund waiting on manager to get there and call me back to refund me.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Smells like poop, burgers not cooked all the way...out of ice-cream...only thing good was the service, she was really nice and it wasn't her fault but this restaurant is one of the worst I've been in! I do not recommend.

Manager needs to be fired. Hateful at speaker ordering and Hateful at window. If she doesn't like her job she needs to quit. I was certain she was a regular (new?). I asked the nice girl who handed us our food to speak to a manger and found out the hateful woman was the actual manager. Won't be back.

Really really bad service. Long line that was not being attended to. It took over 15 minutes before an employee came to take orders. Also had to wait over 30 minutes for my order and when I received it, there were 5 items MISSING. when I let the employee know she was very rude and said some things were unavailable but had still let me order them. And when given a drink for my 2 yr old after 30 miutes, she slammed it on the counter. Never ever coming back. This was the final chance I am giving this restaurant. There was one person that was very nice and kept calm and it was a young man, Cameron, cooking the food. The cashier was the rudest and her name was Arielle Eddings. Names may be a little off.

Very slow service. Worker to busy talking. Took them 30 minutes to make 3 small shakes. No one was on drive thur. We were only customers at place.

Everything was great until I went into the restroom prior to leaving. I had to fight about 20 flies from the toilet seat. Quadruple layered paper towels. Decided it just wasn't worth it. I will sit with my legs crossed on way home. Good time ruined by filthy ?
