The domino's pizza in Bolivar Tennessee, where do I start? Most of my experiences before have been horrible. I have spoken to very rude people who act like they are doing you a favor by selling you pizza in the past, it was horrid! Rude people, it has taken them an hour and twenty minutes to delivery food and I live nearly 2 miles away. I have called to complain to management and was met with contempt, I have been inside to pick up my order and was looked at like I came from the moon. I have gotten cold pizza and quit ordering for a while. Recently delivery has been much better and I have gotten hot food. I hope management has changed. I wish I could say better as this is the only pizza delivery in my town, and I can't say every experience has been a regret especially the last three times I have ordered but before I think they should have been shutdown. Keep up the work I have seen the last few times I have ordered and be successful but slide back to rude employees, hateful managers, hour and a half wait times and cold food and you will have to close in a year. Best of luck.

Simply mind boggling, for the 4 years we’ve been ordering pizza there it’s always a roll of the dice on a correct order. I like extra sauce, it’s not a mistake or up to you to figure out if I meant it. This time it was extra pepperoni instead. My wife’s pizza was supposed to be pan, nope it was thin. Read the order make the correct order, it’s a simple transaction that this dominoes can’t seem to accomplish.

I bought a pizza with light sauce and cheese and bacon and sausage and I received it and it didn't taste good and the crust was doughy...I like my meats fresh and the cheese to be fresh and crust to have some crunch and they still didn't get the sauce right because I wanted light sauce.

So far I've had great delivery drivers every time I've ordered from here. The food itself is pretty much what you expect from a Domino's Pizza.
I gets pizzas on Kayla Pagan's shift. They are always correct she even remembers that I don't want regular pizza sauce. Store needs more employees like Kayla
