Was wanting something different than our usual McDonald's run so I purchased breakfast yesterday and today and let my husband pick it up on the way home from work. Yesterday his sandwich he received was a bacon biscuit and I ordered double sausage biscuit. Today I ordered him a monster biscuit and it just had ham on it. My biscuit was supposed to have no cheese and had cheese on it. The only reason there are 2 stars instead of one is the food was good. Just not what I ordered. And I'm sure what I ordered was more expensive than the items I received. Why didn't I bring it back? We live all the way in buchanan and it should be correct the first time anyway. Gave 2 chances.

I was there today for lunch and Billie was the attendant at the drive-thru. She was very nice and we had a funny moment with some banter back and forth over not having the apple pie in stock. She was kind enough to give me a treat with my food when I picked it up at the window. We need more people to be like Billie in this world. Thank you for employing her.

Came and got 2 breakfast platters on Sunday there was only 2 working and they did a phenomenal job her name tag said Amy she was very patient and fast with a smile on her face her and the biscuit maker Amy got mine and my husbands food out and fresh…. Amy even brought it to our table shout out to these too lovely ladies Brenda and Amy. Your doing an amazing job will be back 😁😁

Food was great and fresh when I got it! Even though it was busy the lady who checked me out was as nice as could be and made sure to help not only me but all the other customers in a timely manner. The assistant manager Lauren even came out and made sure that everyone got their food and everything was correct with their orders and corrected them if something was wrong with a smile on her face
