The service was nice and patient. The atmosphere was decent, but it was raining pretty good our whole trip. The food made it worth it!! It was absolutely delicious ?
My post concerns a kitchen employee, who works at the Paris, TN location. This employee was already wearing a work apron meant for use during food prep to pump gas prior to beginning his morning shift around 5Am on 9/10/24. He was around 40-50 yrs and had silver hair. In addition, he was also very aggressive and loud to the cashier who was doing her best to fix a faulty cash register at Casey's General Store(Paris, TN). Since he was wearing his uniform shirt, his rude behavior is representing Hardee's customer service values in very negative light. Perhaps he should be coached in order to avoid toxic behavior in the future.

Had lunch here with my sons, and I want to say, it was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food was excellent and the general manager Billie was amazing. She was super friendly with us and everyone she delt with on the floor and drive through. She even went above and beyond and fixed us some blueberry biscuits when it was past time they served them and they were amazing. Great big thank you to Billie and her crew working today 9/21/2024
Two employees working the cash register, drive thru and cooking! They both did an awesome job. Our food was hot and fresh. They even served us at our table. Kudos for these two employees for not only showing up for work but for giving it 100% while being short staffed!
I was the only customer in the drive through and they made me pull up. Waited like 15 minutes so I expected my food would be fresh. Got a 3 tender meal with fries. The fries were very old and the tenders weren't fresh either. Don't even know what they made me wait for.
